I decided after the last bad experience here, years ago, to give this place another chance. We had things to do this morning and it was easy and on the way so I risked it.
Huge mistake.
They messed up everything in my order. When I called to tell them about it, the person that answered was very rude and hung up on me after telling me the only way to make it right was to bring back the sandwiches they messed up.
My kids had tournaments and decided to just eat what they had because they didn't have time to wait but I took my sandwich back because I didn't like it at all. When I got there I explained that I had just called and why I was there, the girl at the window just shut the window in my face and walked away. She said something to another woman who shook her head and rolled her eyes. That woman then passed on the message to another woman who did the same and then they finally brought me the correct sandwich - after accepting BACK into their kitchen/restaurant the sandwich I already had in my possession and had unwrapped.
This location is garbage. I will never go back. It appears they need more training in reading, understanding, and customer service. If I could have given 0 stars...
Read moreTook over 30-minutes to get through the drive thru this time and my order was messed up again. Sweet tee instead of unsweet. Fries were bottom of the bin crumbs. DQP with no bun was made upside down in the box (I checked three times) so some of the shredded lettuce fell out all over my desk when I opened it. Was difficult to eat this way too. I need to kick this habit of going back to this store.
Keep going back to this one thinking it will get better. Messed up my order with the one in front of me in the drive thru. Was handed my order with a "...or whatever." comment after they straightened it out.
Update: Went back AGAIN (because it's the closest to my office) and had my order taken wrong in the drive thru. She didn't even ask to take my order when I pulled up, just said "hi". Corrected it at the first window, but that messed up the whole experience. I was asked to pull into a spot and they said they would bring my food out to me. Twenty minutes later someone brought me my cold fries and DQP with no bun. This will be the last visit - I'm out of...
Read moreWent to McDonalds shortly after 6pm on a Saturday. No other customers were in the store. From our line of sight, no one was in the drive thru either. We placed our order for two meals at the kiosk. We had to use the kiosk because there were no crew members around. When the purchase was completed, no receipt came out. Then a red light started blinking at the top of the kiosk. Went to get drinks and the drink station was a mess. No straws so a crew member noticed and brought out straws. In the meantime, cars started coming through drive thru. Cars came and went. We continued to wait for our food. Ended up going to the counter to inquire on our food because maybe the order didn’t go through. I told a crew member we placed an order and our number was 2. She said she’d look into it, which was very confusing. 2 minutes later our order arrived. We waited 20 minutes for our order. The food was fine. Why was drive thru made a priority?
