I cannot tell you how ah-mazing this place is! I called about 3 hours before they closed on Christmas Eve. I called 3 or four times asking questions "if" they even had some tamales to purchase? I was in need possibly two dozen. It was for a complete stranger to me (they were in a group I'm a part of on FB) who posted they wanted some tamales on Facebook! They wanted them but could not drive to get them and I voluteered. I found what flavors they wanted. I called Tamale's Industry and they said let me cook them "fresh" for you. They will be ready for you at 3:30 p.m. I drove to pick them up and they were prompt with bringing my order right up. I explained I have never eaten a tamale in my life. I have always wanted too. They ended up getting me one to try, spicy chicken with their homemade hot sauce!! Oh my yummy! If you have not visited here yet you should soon! Get your car started right now!! My delivery went well to my new friend. It was a Christmas Eve suprise came true. Thanks...
Read moreI tried to break a $5 so my 2 year old daughter could ride the car toys around the corner from the food court(the machine will only break $1 bills). This is clearly not their issue, but I figured they would simply say no if they were unable to provide change for a $5. The woman behind the counter was in the middle of making change when the man told her to stop. She put the money back into the cash register and changed her mind. I then tried to purchase a cup of water as advertised on their menu for $1. He said he wouldn’t sell it to me but would sell me a bottle of water for $2. I obviously obliged and paid the $2 and told him to keep the bottle of water as he clearly needed it more than I did. While I’m unable to comment on their food, I will never be back as the couple was extremely rude. They had an opportunity to be decent store owners, as providing change doesn’t impact their bottom dollar whatsoever, but they failed to do so. Que Dios te haga justices cuando...
Read moreIf I could post 0 stars I would. At first I was really excited about this place since I've always loved Mexican food and as long as the food is good i don't really care about anything else but.... I don't even know where to begin Theyre tacos are not authentic. When I ask for cilantro and onion they look at me with this weird look on their face??? Like this is a Mexican restaurant that is how MEXICAN tacos are usually made.
So one time I go and order my tacos and ask them with onion and cilantro. And the older guy says we don't have cilantro and IM NOT GOING TO CUT AN ONION FOR JUST TWO TACOS!!!!! I didn't even know what to say because I was shocked by the lack of customer service. His son was there and he was shocked too. (it wasn't even busy)
But for as much as I love Mexican food their food sucks and their customer service...
