I was with a party of 4, we arrived at 4:45 on a Thursday night. There was actually a lot of folks already here. We were seated quickly, the hostess was genuinely nice. Within a few minutes our amazing Klair showed up, and she was a joy. She was absolutely perfect at knowing when to stop by, when we were fine. She never acted rushed, she chatted with us, was spot on keeping everything filled, the table organized, bringing us the best meal. I ordered the ribs, mashed potatoes, salad, and the cactus onion for the table, which was there barely minutes after getting our drinks. The food was excellent. The ribs were literally fall off the bone tender. Not much sauce on them, more of a glazing, but there was a stellar sear on the ribs, and you can add extra sauce. I was very happy and left very full, with two take out boxes. We headed to Mamma Mia, and the pic here of my ribs is after setting in my car for 3.5 hours, and they still look amazing. (it's January, single digits. The ribs were fine in my car for that time) I didnt meet the magician behind my dinner, but please don't ever leave. I will be back for those ribs. Klair, you made our night. Such a tiny little thing but like a big burst of sunshine and positivity. Thank you!

Anyone who follows me knows that I love Texas Roadhouse. I like my steak a particular way, and Texas Roadhouse is very consistent everywhere I go. I always order their Bone-in Ribeye, Pittsburgh style (charred on the outside while the inside stays medium or rare). My coworkers and I sat at the bar and imagine my horror when I was told by the bartender that they do not do Pittsburgh style at this location because "they do not have the pan needed to that here". Wait, what? "Pan"? He said it with such confidence, and he was truly a nice guy, so I just ordered something else. I even showed him my previous photos from other TR locations, but he insisted they couldn't do it. We ate there 3 nights in a row. 2nd night, I just ordered their burger. Very good, but not what I really wanted. 3rd night, I just asked the waitress if she could ask the kitchen if they could do a Pittsburgh Style Ribeye for me, and she came back with a "sure, no problem!" Below was the result. I was too nervous to get the Bone-in, but it was delicious as always. TR, make sure your bartender knows what Pittsburgh Style is, please. 😊

It was PACKED at 430 in the afternoon on a weekday. I could not believe how full it was. People lined up all over and every inch of waiting space full. I was lucky to be a single diner so was seated relatively quickly. Yay! My server was amazing. Quick, nice, helpful, professional, and fun. 12 Oz sirloin, medium rare. Loaded baked potato, salad, and the complimentary rolls with cinnamon butter. What a fantastic meal. My steak was cooked perfectly as requested. Rolls mouth watering. Generous salad and potato. Easily enough to feed 2 people, I took half home. My bill before tip was $25. Fair! Even with the crowd looming I didn't ever feel rushed. The team seemed to be working like a well oiled machine. Quaint country decor and signs, some TVs, etc. There is a kiosk at the table you can play games for $2 while you wait, and it also serves as your payment terminal if you use a credit card. Nifty!

I ordered a Ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and side salad. The Ribeye they served me was 90% fat and I could not eat it. When checking In with my server Gabby who was completely awesome during my whole horrible experience she told me she apologized and would I like me to get her manager to talk to them about the steak I told her yes because this was a 30 dollar meal and I only was able to take two bites the rest being fat. First Manager Bryce that came over started to listen to my concern and then interrupted me and was rude and kept repeating himself say how a ribeye is one of our fattier steaks. I explained back to him that I’m a kitchen manager and was a broil cook for a long time and know what a good quality ribeye consists of. He then kept repeating him self and was rude and belittling throughout the conversation which was very disrespectful. I then asked him if there was another manager on duty because he was just being rude and had no sense of customer service not once asked if I wanted something different to eat nothing. Then his manager Jeff came over and approached the situation in the same manner not very welcoming. He addressed me the same way as Bryce did. No refund offered no new steak never asked if there was something they could do he just took my plate and kept repeating himself saying that how we advertise our Ribeye! This is one of my favorite restaurants by far and I have never ever had a steak this bad and I am a die hard ribeye lover so it always what I order. Over again my server GABBY was great she felt very bad and assured me that she would have ate the steak herself and she was sorry that I was treated...

My twin sister, friend and myself went here for my sister and my birthday dinner on September 8th, 2019 around 7:10. We started out fine ordered our food and we have some different allergies.

My friend's food came and tasted fine but she got sick from it shortly after getting home.

My sister ordered the BBQ chicken with a loaded baked potato and asked for no sour cream due to an allergy, she got it but the sour cream was on it but hiding under the bacon and cheese. She took a bite and headed to the restroom to throw up.

I ordered the smothered Chicken with no onion (allergy) and jack cheese with again a loaded baked potato with no sour cream (allergy) on the potato, it was told to them that these are allergy issues not just a preference. I got my plate and my potato has sour cream and my chicken has onion so I told them and they took my plate and a half hour later after everyone else was finished with their meals they hand me my plate and it has gravy instead of jack cheese on the chicken and the potato had sour cream. They took my plate and told me they would fix it I didn't want my people to just sit and watch me eat my food and I had to be at work early the next morning and didn't really have time to wait so I asked them to box it. They finally got it right!

So after all this is done the waiter asked how we wanted the checks; we told him separate he came back with 3 separate bills. I am sorry but if you mess up my order so many times that I can't even eat it in the restaurant why should I have to pay for it? I did pay my bill because I didn't feel like fighting them on my birthday.

THANKS FOR RUINING OUR...

On Sunday 1/26 we visited the Johnston location for what was supposed to be a birthday celebration for a family member, but turned out to be a very disappointing meal. I’ll start with the service by Brooke, it was excellent. The appetizers were good, but then salads were delivered to the table with dead lettuce, very little Caesar dressing (could have asked for more), but with the condition of the lettuce, why bother, so that was 4 salads wasted. Then came the entrees, my country fried sirloin was so chewy, I ended up taking it home for the dog, all coating mostly. Then came steak and shrimp meals were edible is all I’ll say…but then my grandson’s girlfriend’s steak came out mooing when she asked for medium, blood running all over her tiny plate, so asked to have it cooked more to medium, who we believe to be a manager, went and got another plate, put her raw steak on it, leaving her sides to get cold in the meantime, to re-cook it, not a new steak, but a re-cooked steak, coming back to the table, it was still undercooked…so by this time, she said forget it and sent the steak away, so her dinner consisted of mashed potatoes, brown gravy and a less than par salad. They were supposed to take her meal off the ticket, but did not, so had to wait to get that corrected. All in all, very disappointing for all of us, especially my 72 year old husband. Don’t know if...
