Ordered from the Domino's app and it said pizza would take 20 minutes. When I waited 20 minutes the app said it was still on prep. So I went in to see what was wrong. Only 2 employees were there, employee and one manager. Manager was making pizzas and employee was boxing. We asked about our order and said oh it's not even been made. We waited another 15 minutes and then they forgot our parmesan bites and it would be another 15 minutes. We said didn't want to wait and to cancel it. I understand the app doesn't always follow the stores through the process. But how are customers suppose to know if they are running behind.i feel that the app should express a high volume alert of orders or the store should let customers know. There is no way of knowing unless. You go in. But had no problem waiting. It was the manager and employee never said sorry about the wait or we are running behind. This store needs to work on their communication to customers on status and be more understanding and sympathetic and apologetic when customers wait for their food longer than the app said or let customers know that they are short handed or even offer to cancel your order or offer some what of a discount or anything for a longer wait then normal or just explain. We were more upset of the screw up and no apology. Than the wait. They just seemed like they could care less that we...
Read moreUpdated review: I thought I'd give them another shot. One hour for delivery (okay I can live with that) but yet again I am missing a pizza. I call in and the girl suggests the driver come back to get the pizza that's ready to go (for the last 45 minutes) I plead for her to bake me a fresh pizza... Meanwhile we try and enjoy the cold pizza and wings that did arrive. If you order from Home Town Pizza instead it's worth spending an extra few bucks for a much higher quality and better experience.
Original Review 2018: Mixed review for this location. I have given them more than several attempts and haven't yet had a slam dunk experience. First delivery was missing a pizza, I was understanding but they brought me the original lost (cold) pizza that went with another driver. The worst experience yet was on a weekday for lunch - I called in to order and once the young man answered all he said was "Thanks for calling Domino's we are really busy so call back later" and hung up so I called Hometown Pizza instead. The pizza just doesn't seem as fresh as the...
