Arby's — Restaurant in Utica South Township

I came through the drive through and ordered 2 sandwiches and the lady says if you make a donation, you get a coupon for a free sandwich so I tell her to round it to the nearest dollar. I was told it would be a minute and 5 minutes later, a guy with a bad attitude pretty much throws my bag at me and I was thinking, ok, I must be done. I drive off and look in the bag for the coupon, ther is no coupon. I'm irritated so I get home and pull the sandwiches out. I am shocked because I ordered 2 sandwiches that were almost $8 each and there is hardly any meat in them. The food is usually pretty decent here, and the prices are not bad. You get a sizable portion of food with each menu item. Dont plan on a quick stop around lunch time though as the drive thru line is usually very long most days of the week. The drive thru itself is also a little difficult to navigate too due to far to many unnecessary curbs. I enjoy the roast beef and usually get the double with arby's sauce each time I go here, the curly fries are not the best at this location and have been undercooked and overly crispy on each visit. The shakes are extremely large and have a enjoyable thick consistency. Staff seems to change frequently I dont think I've seen the same person...

Food is decent, they even have a military and law enforcement discount... but with one caveat, they decide who is and who is not law enforcement. Not my credentials given to me by the federal government that clearly states law enforcement, this gives me no distinction as law enforcement here. Nor does wearing the uniform that has my name and agency on it. Nope, shift Manager Clara decides. HE told me so himself, repeatedly. As a veteran and as an officer this is the last straw for them.
