Disappointed that this DQ no longer accepts any coupons. I live local, visit this store occasionally, and had a coupon. But when I wanted to use it, the store manager politely said he does not accept them anymore. I did not ask why, but he pointed to the homemade sign on the door and told me about how these cut into his profits, and how corporate should do coupons in the winter when he has less visitors. This is so self-defeating, spiteful and petty. I understand his logic, however he has forgotten that the majority of his customers are like me. They are local, and will likely return again with or without the coupons. Is the few extra pennies in product cost to honor the coupon really going to break you? I know that the extra dollar he gained yesterday will lose him future return purchases tomorrow. No wonder he is complaining about his profits. I like DQ, and will return sometime again soon, but the next time I've got a craving for ice cream, I'll probably walk to Freddy's or...
