Overall excellent Service was great!! My family has frequented many all you can eat Korean, Japanese, Chinese restaurants. Typically, the server serves very slowly so that you don’t get to eat as much during the limited time that you are there. This restaurant was generous in bringing out the dishes that we order, and the servers came over asking how things were did not make us feel that we were eating too much. Because this is an all you can eat restaurant they have to make money somehow. The fact that they welcomed us to eat as much as we want guarantees us recommending this restaurant to our family and friends. Whom don’t eat as much as we do haha The top blade steak was eight out of 10, we had a few orders of this most of the steak were tender and well cut. The most tender steak that we had here so far is the hanging tender. The briskets were thinly cut appropriately portioned. Perfect for young kids who can’t chew a lot of food. My one-year-old and four-year-old ate one order each!! The brisket was fresh and tender and evenly cut. Intestine was five out of 10, we’ve never cooked intestines at a Korean barbecue before. So this is new. I think it’s more of a personal preference that we did not like it. The abomasum was very good! We have several orders of this, it tasted fresh and generously cut. I think to cook easier maybe slice it thinner than it is. Jowl was also new to us. It is part of the pig cheek. When cooked appropriately, it was soft and almost melts in your mouth. I would do a seven out of 10 because I think personal preference but generously given. Spicy pork belly has always been a stable. Each order has one piece and it runs the length of the grill. It was well marinated and fresh. 9/10! Spicy squid comes in one piece of squid flesh 7 out of 10. Flavor was average but more of an interesting item to cook an interesting texture! Overall, highly recommend anyone who is new or experience with Korean barbecue to come to this restaurant. The service was great!

O2 Korean BBQ had an excellent opening night, setting a high standard from the get-go. Typically, opening nights are fraught with disorganization and apologies from staff still finding their footing. However, O2 Korean BBQ was a pleasant exception. The entire evening ran smoothly without a hitch, showcasing their impeccable preparation. The service was top-notch. Throughout the night, we had about five or six staff members checking in on us, ensuring we had everything we needed. This level of attentiveness was a delight and set the tone for a wonderful dining experience.A standout feature of O2 Korean BBQ is their approach to the grilling experience. Unlike other Korean BBQ places where servers can be overly controlling of the grill, here we were given the perfect balance of assistance and autonomy. We could manage our own meats, turning and cutting them at our leisure. Occasionally, the staff would step in to help, but it never felt intrusive. This allowed us to enjoy our meal with a sense of privacy and control. The food was excellent. The bulgogi, pork skin, pork belly, chicken, brisket, and calamari were all exceptional. We hope they add octopus to their menu as well. The restaurant's design also deserves mention. The electric grills with built-in vents eliminated the need for noisy overhead fans, creating a more pleasant and quieter dining atmosphere.Mary, our primary server, was exceptionally nice and sweet. Her warm demeanor, along with the rest of the staff's efficiency and friendliness, made the night even more enjoyable.O2 Korean BBQ exceeded expectations on their opening night with excellent food, amazing service, and a well-thought-out dining environment. We hope it does well because Chester County truly needs a spot like this. This place is definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic Korean BBQ experience.

I didn’t take pictures because we were too busy enjoying the delicious food! We made a reservation and were sat as soon as we arrived. There are a bunch of fixings on the table that you can pair with your meat choices that come with the meal. It’s all you can eat for 2 hours and we left more than satisfied. The beef bulgogi is hands down one of the best options so make sure you try it! They do change out the grill tops in between cuts because they tend to get a little messy, that was a bonus. My only “complaint” is that the service was not great. We sat there for sometime before our waitress came over. She greeted us and then asked if we were ready to order… It was everyone’s first time so some explanation on how to order, what all of the fixings/sauces were on the table in front of us, and some recommendations would have been nice. We ended up figuring out on our own because she wasn’t too forthcoming with helpful information when asked. Other than that, everything moved pretty fast as soon as we started ordering and the portions were generous. It’s a great place for a unique date, getting together with friends, or brining your kids for a ‘hands on’ experience because you do cook everything yourself. As for the atmosphere: beware that they do not have the best ventilation system for this type of restaurant. They had doors open and fans going but it was very smoky and it will stick to you when you leave.

First, it's a great concept and different restaurant for the area which is always welcome. But then comes the execution. Family of 4, 2 kids under 10. When you walk in they measure your kids to see how tall they are and if over 4', they pay the adult price. Which for dinner is ~$40. Our kids, who are regular kids menu aficionados (but above average daring palates and love Asian food) who don't have large appetites, were charged the adult price. But wanting to try something new, we said lets give it a whirl. There are industrial fans all over the restaurant which instantly lets you know, once you see the cooking tables, that there is a ventilation issue, especially with some of the restaurant being actually smokey. Unlike hibachi, there are not hoods above the tables it just seems to be the ventilation from the former Red Robin. The smokiness was on our clothes and hair when we go home, like being at a bonfire and had to shower it off. At the table were all the sauces and garnishes. Besides radishes, pea shoots and Kim chi, and perhaps because it's not traditional to this style of Korean cooking, there were no veggies to cook or enjoy with your dish. They eventually explained each of the sauces and stuff but would have been a better experience to bring them out after we settled and explained them. The meats, we tried 6, were tender, juicy and flavorful.and the sauces were a nice compliment. Kids and adults were easily able to fill themselves and it was really quite good. But the whirring of the fans and the smoke having no where to go but on you was off putting. Beers were ice cold, one white and one red non descript wine selection, and plenty of soft drinks. Appetizer items included in the AYCE and the gyoza and salad were fam favorites. All the carpet is gone from the prior restaurant and just the bare cement floors remain which seems like an interesting design choice when they have the cool cooking tables. New lighting was effective. Although the food was tasty and drinks cold, the price structure for families with littles and the ventilation issues won't be...
