I love Starbucks; it is the best place to go for drinks, desserts, and breakfast sandwiches.
I recommend this place for three main reasons service, how quickly, and the environment. Here are my reasons why I love Starbucks so you know whether to go or not to go.
First is service, I love the service at the Lionville Starbucks the employees are nice and sweet to try to help you see what you want to order. They will wait and make sure you get just what you order and this brings me to my next one.
Timing is the time it takes to get your order. I love how the workers try their best to get you your food or drinks on time. I love this because when you are in a rush or need to be somewhere they always try their hardest to try to get you your drinks and your food so you're not late for your meeting or work or even an interview. I also love how they have a drive-thru so when you don't want to go inside you can just go through the drive-thru. therefore their service is really great for when you are in a rush or need something really quick.
My last reason is their environment, their environment in there is really aesthetic and I love the style. It makes it easy for people like me to study for a test or do some homework there. I love how it's barely even noisy in there so it's easy to focus and it's really relaxing in there as well.
Overall, I think that the Lionville Starbucks is really the best place to go for food and drinks and also for studying and a really quiet and calm environment. Lastly, I loved how nice the workers were to me and how there tried their hardest to make all of our orders right and perfect. Therefore, I really like the Lionville Starbucks, and you should definitely try it out when you...
Read moreI was so excited for this location to open neat my house earlier this year! As a single mom, working two jobs, good coffee is no longer a treat, but a necessity to get through the day. I stop several times a week at this location, using the drive thru and counter for my regular order. The store is well designed, comfortable, and large enough to sit back and chat with friends, without being on top of other guests. It went downhill from there....everything about this Starbucks is lacking. -the staff is regularly rude -my drink order is incorrect 80% of the time (it’s not that complicated- cold brew) -staff closes the store before posted closing times, sometimes by 30 minutes -when served a drink in a cracked cup (which dropped all over me and my car), I asked the barista to fix it for me. Instead of simply pouring the drink into a new cup, he placed the broken cup into another cup and handed it back. When I said that wasn’t sufficient, as it was still leaking, I was met with attitude This store is horribly inconsistent whether it’s the staff members’ attitudes, coffee...
Read moreOrdered the overhyped lavender matcha today and got something that barely resembled the drink in the Starbucks commercial and the images on Starbucks’s website. The cold foam didn’t taste like lavender and there was literally a spoonful of foam (I order cold foam frequently so I’m fully aware of what it should look like.) unsatisfied with the product, I asked for a new one and was refused. For the record, the barista was a young AA woman with a large afro hairstyle. She was dismissive and rude and said “there’s nothing wrong with the drink.” When I asked why I got half of cup of ice when I asked for light ice, she said the amount of ice was “normal for light ice.” I felt heartbroken that I spent over $7 on such poor service and even sadder that this is what customer service looks like these days. The two other young women working there played on their phones the entire time a few customer waited in line. I will never go to this...
