Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Uwchlan Township

I've actually never had worse pizza in my life. We ordered two large pizzas. One of the pizzas was a large, white pizza. When it arrived it was burnt and it was so hard it cracked like a cracker. When I called the store to complain, the individual who answered the phone told me that the thin crust is supposed to crack like a cracker and it's in the oven the same as every other pizza, so he wasn't sure why it would be burnt. The customer service was incredibly poor and there was no attempt to correct the issue. Please be forewarned should you potentially want to order from here. Show up to receive my carryout order and a free item from a promo was not included. I checked my final order and the tag on the pizza, and can confirm the mix-up occurred on the website and not in the store.

The reason this still gets 1 star from me is because the employee kept trying to rush me out of the store and saying "Can't you just take this?" He wouldn't even let me order the item and wait for them to make it. This was the middle of the day and no one else was in the store, so why were they in such a hurry...

Ordered dinner tonight online at 6pm for delivery. Never showed up, called they said they had a glitch in their system and never received it. Took my order again, and GM said we would have it in 35 mins, and gave 30% discount. An hour later, I called AGAIN, and they claim they never received it. By this time its now 8:15, cancelled the order and insisted on a refund. This place, I am assuming, is under new management, and its awful! Used to be friendly and reliable.
