Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vacaville

I ordered through UberEats and my order was never received. After confirming with UberEats that my address was correct we called the location and found that the apartment number was cut off. They delivered to the wrong place. I spoke to "one of the managers" and was told they will remake my food and send it out. An hour later I call back since I still have not received my order, and this time I speak with the general manager who tells me I was "misinformed" and they can not send out a reorder unless it is through UberEats and there was "noting they could do for me" After explaining that I understand that they have a policy, but the fact that I was told to expect food and waited for an hour was unacceptable and that something needed to be done, I was again told nothing could be done for me. I never right reviews, and I don't believe I asked for anything unreasonable. If they wanted to help they could have, they just didn't want to be accommodating. I will never order form this location, and hope nobody else has to deal...

I ordered last week two pizzas and a Parmesan bread bite, I ordered delivery and even tipped to the person that delivered. Upon receiving my order, the food was cold, and the pizza was hard as a rock. When I called back to the dominoes on East Monte Vista, the woman that I spoke with told me they will credit my account with my full order due to the inconvenience because I Couldn’t get a refund. She told me on the phone that I would have to call into the store to order because it would not go on my account. When I called to order the pizzas, the manager is there that I spoke with Tonya I believe her name was and one other one Tell me that they couldn’t honor it because there’s no credit on my account and I tried to explain to them. I was ordering with the Domino's online service the first time yesterday on Halloween. I had no idea Halloween was a heavy pizza day, so that one is on me.

However, AFTER Halloween, I use the Domino's APP this time and they tell me that the Domino's store I'm trying to order from won't do orders less than $19.00

I ASSUME this is the correct store, since I was trying to order to the Kaiser Permanente in 95688, right? It has to be! It can't be the Domino's on Pea Body, that's further, isn't it?

So tell me why after giving me the "free pizza" option that I go to redeem it that not only do I still have to pay the taxes as well as the delivery charge, BUT then it says "$19.00 or more for delivery"?

That defeats the whole purpose! I would be ordering at least two items to get up to the desired price! Are you serious?! Forget Domino's! What a...
