We became frequent customers. Dinning 10 times within 3 months leaving $20-30 tips each time for just 2 people . 11th visit was unbelievably awful ..Waited 25 mins for drinks . Asked to have everything come at same time because I had steam clams appetizer as my meal my son asked for personal pepperoni pizza , fries and spaghetti with marinara sauce . ( We've had this waiter twice before rude but I still left a 30 percent tip ) The chefs are amazing cooks and friendly . Early in the day weren't too many people dining . Only brought the calms and ran away . Didn't come back for 20 minutes each time we tried to gesture towards him he ignored us . finally I got up and asked him if he could come to the table after I refilled our sodas with the water since we were thirsty. I said do you remember I asked for all the food together , he said oh yeah I forgot. I asked if he could warm them up he took them with his thumb in bowl pointing at me with the other staff and laughed. ..15 mins later the food came . I was given my cold calms no lemon no refills he left ignored again . 10 minutes later he came up asked if we needed ANOTHER REFILL ? I said yes but we didn't even get a refill I had to refill it with water twice now , he said I needed to ask him he couldn't read minds. He said why aren't you eating the clams I said well you brought me cold clams and I just gave up trying to get you so I'm just going to take them home. . I asked him if he could please leave me alone once he started complaining to me about his day I said please I'm very stressed out my son has autism he stressed out and I've been wanting to leave for the last hour but my son was hungry . please my blood pressure my nerves are shot and I'm starting to swell . He shoves his thumb into my bowl and takes it to his chest spilling it . I said what are you doing . He yelled I don't know what am i doing ? I don't know ! I get up and I ask to speak to a manager . I sit back down shaking and upset I have done nothing wrong . I kept quiet I'm not rude I'm never rude . At this point my blood pressure is so high that I'm having to take medicine at the table and I'm trying to keep calm and not cry because of my son sitting there she tells me she's going to take care of me and that I don't have to pay for the clams and she's going handle the bill . She comes back and tells me she gave me $5 off I still had to pay for the clams that I didn't eat I said do you think that's fair my hands are swollen my face is red and I'm really upset I'm crying at this point Softly and I want to leave she's telling me to stay takes her almost 12 minutes to get the bill out to me then another 10 to come back . She didn't comp anything didn't even take off the clams I didn't eat ! plus soda we only had one each full ice !!! Not one refill ! My hand was shaking she filled in the prices even asked me how much i wanted to tip !!!!! She was a demon . No class customer service was extremely disgusting . I vowed never to go back until my son's birthday was almost 10 months later I ordered pick up so I wouldn't have to sit down in that restaurant the owner herself when I ask for bread for a 3-person meal told me she gave me plenty of bread five small pieces for three people and told me she gave me an extra dipping a small little tiny cup container extra because she knows I like it . Three people five pieces of bread too small cups of oil ? First time I didn't leave a tip it was only pick up but when you pick up from that place they stare at the tip as you're writing it and make sure that it's on there as I grab the food she quickly grab the check to look at the tip and looked up at me and I just walked out thanks for my five pieces of bread I felt like I was still owed the clams that I didn't even take home disgusted . When I got home I realized that the garlic fries were just plain fries no cheese no garlic just plain fries as an extra slap in the face from...

Before I write my review: to the host and server that took care of me and my girlfriend yesterday, thank you from both me and her, you made her experience pleasant and I am thankful for that.

We had been here once before and loved the food and service, along with italian food being my girlfriend’s favorite food, I figured it would be the best spot to take her for her birthday...

Now, yesterday, March 14th I had called 5 mins after the restaurant opened to try and schedule a reservation at 6pm later that day for my girlfriend’s birthday.

A lady answered and our conversation went like this:

“Hello.”

“Hello my name is Zac, i’d like to make a reservation at 6pm please.”

“Okay, see you then”

And the phone hangs up, I had not even finish confirming anything yet with that lady, I wanted to inform her it was my girlfriend’s birthday, and to ask if there are any specials, but she hung up without even asking if I had anything else to ask or add.

From a food service worker to another, that was disrespectful, I understand opening and closings are tedious, but the whole interaction could’ve been better on your part.

We arrive 5ish mins before 6pm to get seated and WE WEREN’T EVEN IN THE RESERVATIONS LIST!

Fortunately the restaurant wasn’t busy but that really would’ve sucked if it was packed and I couldn’t take my girlfriend in to a restaurant she liked because someone forgot to do their job correctly.

We get seated and both the host and server working that 6pm were so kind, I am thankful to have been in our servers section of the restaurant.

A few of my dishes were dirty, but I didn’t want to make a comment because I just wanted go celebrate my girl’s day with her.

The setup of this this restaurant is in two parts .. One for the trendy bar TV area then the elegant dining experience totally separated by a full wall and cooking area. Don't worry you can't hear the bar area from the dinning area. The dining room has an outdoor dinning area with privacy screens and six foot heaters for chilly nights or sit right up with the chefs . Drink wine and watch them create the most delicious foods .

Your table surrounded by brick with a deep red candlelight atmosphere . My favorite appetizer the steamed clams squeeze lemon juice in sprinkle sea salt over the clams to die for . Salmon with dill sauce and Garlic pasta our my favorites .. Chicken marsala , lasagna , linguine , linguine with clams , prawns and linguine , spaghetti and meatballs , fettuccine , penne , eggplant parmigiana , capellini , Lobster ravioli and prawns risotto .. garlic french fries , salads ... Much more too ! I could go on but my head is spinning and my stomach is crying . I've been going there twice a week since I found this place is a year ago , believe it or not I've been trying to take pictures of the food to post online but I have only gotten pictures of the bread butter and house dipping sauce ... Each time my brain blanks out and I don't remember until I've eaten lol it's so true ! Yes , they have a kids menu french fries spaghetti spaghetti and meatballs pastas personal pizzas so cute and I can't remember what else . The staff are wonderful the cooks are amazing ( I've been daydreaming about kidnapping one 😉 ) The only complaint you'll have , is that you waited soon to go ... See you tomorrow...
