Brought in a vintage engagement ring that was in poor condition (circa 1930’s) to be sized down from a 7 to a 4, and to have some loose stones replaced. Because it was such a drastic difference in size, I was prepared for the worst news that it couldn’t be done. After a thorough assessment Louie (the owner) determined that is was a possibility considering the ring had originally been a size 5 and sized up at some point to a 7 (Again, expert eye for detail). Not only did they size and repair the damage, but the ring as a whole was fully restored to its original beauty. Absolutely stunning work. I highly recommend this shop for any, and all of your jewelry needs. By far best experience I’ve ever had with any jewelry store and absolutely love that they are family owned. Debartolo & Co is a perfect example of the personal service and quality you can not get from a large chain store. I took in my grandfathers ring to have it cleaned and resized before my wedding. I was met by the owner of the business himself who showed me personal attention and a friendly smile. When I was all set to leave he told me it would be "25." I said, "like 25 dollars?" "Yes," he replied. I can't freaking take my girl to Subway these days for 25 dollars. My ring came back looking amazing and fit perfect. The wedding was this past Friday and I could not be happier.
