Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Vacaville

Jan 2019. 1130pm. Worst food I have seen from a drive threw in a long time. The guy on the mic talked in a whisper, gave me the wrong sandwich, and the tacos looked like they were hit with a hammer. The sandwich was in terrible shape too. I had 2 different types of fries, curly and straight. Not 1 or 2 that slipped in, it was a 50-50 split. Deliberately done in my opinion.

I did not eat any of the food as i assumed that something may have been done to the inside of my food.

Negative thought process like this is something i try to avoid. However, this incident appeared deliberate and I am not sure what happened inside the store.

I gave them 2 stars because they seem to think they have the hardest job on earth. My order required a eating utensil an there was none so I had to eat it with my fingers. I ordered a strawberry tea an they gave me soda. I made a special trip over there for that tea mind you when I got it it looked like soda an I asked them was it soda. Both of them said no it’s tea. I didn’t know tea was bright red. I have tried to give them another chance...

The worst jack in the box I have ever been to. Staff not wearing gloves or mask, even scooping up fries without gloves. Disguising. How does the FDA approve this. We canceller our order because of the filth. Never got refunded. Go here if you want to get Covid-19. Don't go if you are a sane human being, please try another Jack in the Box or other restaurant in the area. Worst management I...
