Dear Starbucks Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your Starbucks location store number 6457-61519 after placing an online order on 9/4/24. As a regular customer, I have always valued the quality of service and products provided by Starbucks. Unfortunately, this recent incident has left me disappointed and concerned about the service standards at your establishment.
Upon placing my order online, I requested my coffee to be prepared according to my specified preferences. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I found that my drinks had been made incorrectly as iced beverages. I immediately brought this to the attention of the barista, who acknowledged the mistake and offered to remake the drinks. While I appreciated the willingness to correct the error, the situation only worsened from there.
When the drinks were remade, I was shocked to receive what appeared to be a mere shot of coffee in a cup, significantly different from what I had ordered. When I inquired about the error , I was informed that adding more milk would incur an additional charge, despite the fact that the label on the cup clearly listed "extra milk" as part of my original order. This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply frustrating, as I had already paid for the drink to be made to my specifications.
I find it unacceptable that I was made to feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable when, in fact, I was merely requesting that my order be fulfilled as originally placed. Mistakes can happen, but it is the manner in which they are addressed that truly reflects the quality of customer service. In this instance, the lack of attentiveness and unwillingness to correct the issue without further inconvenience to me as a customer was disappointing.
I kindly request that this matter be addressed to ensure that other customers do not experience similar issues in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a response outlining the steps that will be taken to prevent such occurrences...
Read moreI just got out of the drive-thru. Unfortunately my drink was made incorrectly even after it was repeated the way I had ordered. After the whip that I did not order was pushed off the cup, Julie tried to hand me my drink that had melted whip all down the sides and still in the drink itself. I then asked her to please remake the drink. I watched Julie turn around and talk to her coworkers about me and the situation; meanwhile the coworker proceeded to make my drink incorrectly for the second time. Julie then handed me my drink and I said I just want to confirm, that it was made with oatmilk as I watched her make it with some type of milk, I also have an allergy to regular milk. Julie then told me I didn't order it with oatmilk. My young girls witnessed Julie's disrespectful demeanor towards me, also my young girls said mom you did ask for oatmilk. I mentioned to Julie I did not appreciate her laughing at me for wanting my drink remade, we (customers) pay a lot for a drink at Starbucks, it's us as customers who make it so they have a job. Working the drive-thru requires attention to detail, kindness and honesty. Julie Unfortunately did not...
