The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The fries are always cold and soggy no matter what time of day or night I have ordered. Napkins and ketchup must always be asked for and I am always made to feel as if I am bothering the employees by asking for these things when in turn the employees should be asking me. Since when did it become ok to be consistently rude to the customer? There has been two female employees working the drive thru that were genuinely pleasant but the males they choose to let work the drive thru at night need to be reminded that the customer should be treated with respect. I am not saying the customer is always right but why should I be subjected to harsh stares and hastily thrown bags shoved at me because I chose this McDonald's to give my business to? I worked many various fast food restaurants in the past and this behavior simply wasn't tolerated. If you are so unhappy with your job that you can't be nice to your patrons then maybe customer service isn't the right fit.    Read moreThis location has terrible customer service and supervision, not to mention poor communication. My wife and 2 young children decided to use the app to order dessert while on a walk, during covid. The app took our money and prompted us to select a numbered spot to park. We waited for 20 minutes, at which time we could see the employees looking at us periodically. When she (supervisor?) finally came out she said they did not serve pick up orders after 8, and that it was the app's fault for not letting us be aware of the situation. We told her we had no way of knowing this, and that some form of communication, like a sign, would be helpful. We argued with her at which point she yelled at us that she was refusing to serve us and shut the door. No dessert for my family, no refund, no apology for their miscommunication. Apparently we should have known, and we shouldn't be upset that we were going to walk back home with crying children. Way to go. This was the night of May 9th if management cares.

   Read moreI want to give no star if possible. Getting my order wrong, rude cashier, and burger was undercooked to the point where it was frozen pink inside. Every time I buy something from this location, I always have problems. I was there today, cashier got my order wrong, took my credit card and charged for the wrong order. He didnât even try to confirm it with me, instead he was just mumbling to himself. I had to tell him so many times what I ordered. well, even then I still got the wrong order lol. He didnât even told me which window to go so I had to stay at the cashierâs window until he yelled at me saying âNext Windowâ. (You do realize thereâs window 1&2 right?)And even at the pick up window I had to tell them what I ordered multiple times.
