Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Vacaville

Wow!! I guess this is a new age. I understand there is a shortage of workers and being patient is always required. What I didn’t realize is we are supposed to pay super high prices for whatever standard of product the establishment wishes to provide us and keep our mouth shut about it!!! So here is the story…I ordered a pizza and was watching the young lady make my pizza…she put all the items on the pizza without measuring or weighing, which I saw but said nothing. When she began to wrap it without 2 of the items the pizza needed….I spoke up..I was polite and not rude. She then grabbed a small handful of one of the ingredients and threw it on the pizza and I said if you are going to eyeball it and not measure it you are gonna need to put a little more. As she reached for another handful, I said I understand the eyeballing but when you do that you always have to err on the side of the customer. Then a guy from the back spoke up asking if I wanted a refund…Confused I said I don’t want a refund, to which he responded well then stop running. I said stop running what? He responds…you know…and for awhile I honestly didn’t, but then it dawned on me he meant my mouth. I said I wasn’t running my mouth and was simply stating that items were not being measured and I had a right to say so. Again he asked if I wanted a refund….which brings me to my first comment…I guess we are just supposed to accept whatever product they want to serve or we can get a refund..no standard….no exception of a standard and no ability to ask for a standard because we can just get a refund 🤨 Ohhh and when I asked for his name..his was response was..get out of here! Keep in mind…I was polite the entire time….so in a time where customers are being asked to show grace to the overextended workers….do they not have any expectation to provide service to the...

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza BUT THIS location specifically I have had multiple customer service issues at. Specifically with the associate working the counter tonight 4/24/25. I understand that it may be a little inconvenient to have customers come in during that 30 minute window before closing but at the end of the day the restaurant is NOT closed so having an attitude, barely speaking and slamming things because I come in to order in that window is extremely unnecessary. Not to mention, from 8pm-8:10 (They close at 8:30) I called the restaurant numerous of times to order over the phone but they didn’t answer, forcing me to order inside the restaurant when I got there at 8:15pm. So - IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PEOPLE COMING IN NEAR CLOSING TIME AND POTENTIALLY LOSING A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF YOUR FUNKY ATTITUDE THEN ANSWER THE PHONES SO THE ORDER IS ALREADY DONE AT 8:15 INSTEAD OF HAVING TO START IT AT THAT TIME. And TO ADD, I paid for extra pepperoni and the pizza not only doesn’t have that but it was made sloppy because AGAIN he had an attitude and was slamming things around. I have been using this location for the more than 6 years I have lived in Vacaville. However 8/25/18 I went into the location to place an order. There was 1 customer waiting for his order and 1 young man at the register. Nobody was working on the order for the man waiting. There were 3 people in conversation easily seen through the opening to the back of the store. Don't know if the conversation was business or personal. Matters not. When the young man came to the register to assist me the waiting customer stood up and vehemently complained that nobody was working on his order and that 3 people were in the back room ignoring what was going on out front. The person at the register then stated that he had no control over what went on behind him. At that point I lost interest in placing my order and walked out and down to Round Table. Yes I had to wait longer than I would have at this location. Yes it was more expensive, I was upset enough that it didn't matter at that point. Not sure I will go back to this location. I can see why this location has such low review score. The one at creek side is not much better, probably...
