Subway — Restaurant in Vacaville

I usually don’t complain, but I have to address the poor management at this location run by a gentleman named Amen. He clearly doesn’t understand how the Subway app operates. I walked in intending to use my app as I do at every other Subway in Vacaville, where my coupons are scanned without an issue.

When I mentioned I could place my order online, he agreed, yet he still went ahead and made my sandwich. Then, when I tried to finalize my order, I discovered that this franchise doesn’t even honor any of the deals! It’s frustrating to have my sandwich made under false pretenses. This needs to be addressed. They falsely advised like they participate and then just said no but its full price 14.99!?? For a subway sandwich! The service here was absolutely great - the staff really knows what they’re doing and treats you right. This is honestly the cleanest and freshest location around, and you can tell the difference immediately when you walk in. Extremely terrible customer service. This location makes up its own rules regarding coupons. I've successfully used the same coupons here before, but today I was told they couldn't be applied to the roast beef. When I mentioned that I had used them previously, I asked if we could at least try scanning the coupon to see if it would go through.
