I found this salon on Instagram two weeks ago and booked an appointment online. I was excited to try them out and was really impressed by how beautiful and clean the salon looked. My original appointment was at 5 p.m., but they asked if I could come at 6 p.m. instead. I appreciated the communication and rearranged my schedule. I also sent a photo of the nail design I wanted two hours before my appointment.

When I arrived, they were not ready. I waited about 20 minutes. It was not until I was getting ready to leave that someone came over to begin my service. I had a nice conversation with the owner, who explained that the salon had recently opened. I kept that in mind and gave them some grace. My nails turned out great, so I decided to come back.

Today, I had another appointment at 3:30 p.m. This time was different. No one greeted me when I walked in, and it seemed like they were not aware of my online appointment. I was told to wait, but I decided to leave and go somewhere else.

The staff is talented and the salon is lovely. I believe they have potential. I just personally will pass on them in the future. With more experience and consistency, this could become...

Had a bad experience here today! I walked in asking for a gel manicure and the lady kept trying to upsell me to the gel powder, saying it lasts longer. The process for the powder manicure was horrible. It took over an hour. The guy grinded my nails down like normal and then dipped them in a powder, coated them with some type of polish stuff and then grind again. He dipped and grind each nail 3-4 times and then sanded them down with a block and put a final coat like a sealant on. They looked absolutely terrible and scratchy. Then he ended up just going over them with 2-3 coats of regular gel polish with the uv light after. Idk what the whole deal was but it was clear this was not normal. He was so aggressive with the grinder that he kept cutting the skin around my fingers and left me with several painful little cuts around my fingernails. I’ve been a regular here the past 6 months. This salon is extremely clean. Staff are polite and professional. I brought a friend from out of state and she said it was the best pedicure she’d had in years. I brought my three daughters for a quick manicure before school started and they were treated like royalty with treats and drinks and kind nail artists. Today, I brought teenager son who had a bad ingrown toenail. They were so efficient and kept him comfortable while fixing his toenail and keeping it very hygienic the entire process. He feels so much better.
