TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Vacaville

Bought a gift card as a gift, after I paid I asked the man who helped me , I believe he was manager,( middle Eastern man)for a small sandwich box,I was going to use it as a gift box since they didn't have a gift card holder. He told me NO! NO I could not have a bag or a small box, keep in mind I just bought a gift card for $25. I made a purchase and was talked to like a criminal! I told him I will never support that Togo's ever and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I was so embarrassed! He just dismissed me like I didn't matter. Guess what my money is eccepted at Jersy Mike's, Subway,Safeway,Raleys and all the other places in our area that sale sandwiches, and I get treated with respect. I believe in supporting places in my city, but will never go back there unless he himself says he is sorry because I know he remembers that day. I just want to say that I really didn't like it at all because when i order the veggie sandwich, First I asked them that I want the vegetables on the side then they said each of the vegetables charge like 25 cents or 50 cents charge, I was like why do they have to charge everything when I am selecting my order over everything such as like avocado, or other vegetables charges a dollar or 25 cents or 50 cents charge. When I went to Subway, they do everything just fine, they don't charge nothing, and the veggie sandwich cost only like 4 or 5 dollars of a sandwich. I will never ever come back to Togo's Sandwich because they take too long, and they charge and cost too much money when I am ordering my food like 15 dollars or 20 dollars plus the taxes. I would other places like Subway and any other restaurants of veggie or other kinds of sandwiches can do a great job. That's all I want to say and...

Ask anyone, and they'll tell you, I am a SUPER foodie!! All of the times that we have gone to this establishment, we have never had a bad experience. The owner is a very nice, personable and makes awesome sandwiches. His staff is also friendly and they seem to keep it very clean (something I always look for). However, last night a met an employee by the name of Jesicca! She BY FAR makes the BEST SANDWICHES IN TOWN!!! Like I said, I LOVE food, and eat everything, everywhere! I enjoyed her mouth watering, juicy, no skimping on ingredients sandwich! I ordered the Triple Dip with pickles, onion, pepperoncini, and sauerkraut! AWESOME! Every bite you definitely have to suck and bite at the same time! Foodies understand every bite counts! Can't wait to go back. Now I'm craving it.
