Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Valdosta

I went when it was dead. 3 people ordered including myself. Lack of customer service. Employee complained about my milkshake the proceeded to be on her phone. Overall rude. Got two stars cause my food was hot.

Edit: This chick fill a is garbage. Customer service is non-existent compared to others. I asked to use a gift card. I was told "we don't except gift cards" I asked why and was told "we're express" I don't know what express is supposed to mean. They aren't fast. Food is warm enough to not be cold. It's good most of the time. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I just don't appreciate when they keep running out of BBQ sauce because that's the only sauce that I eat with my food. Without it, I am not able to finish my food and enjoy it less. Then they had no milkshakes that day to make up for it.

This Chik-fil-A by far has the worst service I have ever received from a Chik-fil-A. I go to it only because my campus has limited options. The staff is generally slow and rude.
