KFC — Restaurant in Valdosta

We stopped by as we were headed home (Knoxville, GA) from Wild Adventures to pick up supper for our family of 6. They called or order back to us and it was correct. Long story short, we didn't check the bags before leaving the parking lot. Longer story short, it was missing an ENTIRE MEAL and part of another one. We paid ALMOST $50 for our meals. We were about 12 minutes away when we figured that out. I had to get my daughter to work by 5pm sand we were an hour and a half away. YES we did turn around and YES my husband did go inside and get the rest of our order. The customer service of the employees that he and my son encountered while doing so odd the ONLY reason that I didn't give these guys one star. They didn't question the missing food and were VERY nice about everything and didn't make us much more late than we already were running because of their mistakes. We appreciated that very much. Three employees not only greeted them but made sure that they were taken care of and thanked for coming back to fix the problem. THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE So while these guys messed up (pretty bad to us whom were in a hurry, hungry and tired from the trip) they DID make a nice comeback in the end. Thank you KFC for restoring our faith in you guys with your EXCELLENT...

My goodness. So urban. The punks that work at this store are always swearing and using profanity even in front of little kids. They gossip and are always acting goofy, joking around in the store besides answering you with immediate service. And it the cook always has a immature smirk on his face. There was one customer, African American boy that actually stood up for me when I confronted them for ignoring me one time I came into the store one day getting off from work, because he said it was typical for them to lag, but he pointed out that I was an older gentle man and that I should be helped immediately rather than to be standing. He even went as far as to get my food for me after the some young loud mouth African American girl on the register refused to bring me my tray claiming that she would get in trouble for leaving the register while she had a grin on her face chuckling at me. There's also a fat, black manager lady was extremely rude when I asked if a employee could clean the restroom another day.

So we stop to get some chicken thee dining area is empty and there was one couple infront of us we ordered our food now we wait 30 minutes later i ask , i must add that i was nice an polite but that went sideways in a hurry anther 10 minutes goes by i finally said hay just give me my money back i will go eat somewhere else and that turned into an issue as well. Few more minutes and now they produce a partial order i said no thanks i just want a refund i will go elsewhere to eat. Finally we get a refund so now 3 miles down the road we stop at kfc number 2 . And place yet another order and bam just like that in an out we got our food in a flash . So i asked and the manager said there have many many complaints about thee other kfc. I said hmmm good to know. We will never be back to that other kfc. No stars for food we never got any from the first store. The second tho was awesome an so was thee...
