Starbucks — Restaurant in Valdosta

Valdosta State University branch, Valdosta Ga. Just Horrible. Stated their cups were 50% off at the Tiger Con 2024 and still was charged full price. Refused to reimburse me. Refused to give me a receipt. Asked for a hot drink and received ice in my drink. Then proceeded to scoop it out my cup with a spoon. Poured cold mild in my full priced for sale cup and gave it back to me. I then asked for some Carmel to be added for a lil taste and I did get that Thank God. All the while I was ignoring the obvious irritated attitude because I asked for the receipt again. Still never got it. This was the Worst experience I've had with starbucks EVER! Still no receipt given to me after asking again. With receipt I could've at least applied the dollar amount for $33.88 to my gift card for points. But still loving Starbucks I purchased a 16oz drink in the cup. **Cup-19.95 priced at 50% off but was charged full price, Keychain $2.95 and drink, $5.85. Total...

The service is horrible! We spent 30$ on 2 drinks and two croissants, got it delivered through the DoorDash. One of the drinks ended up being missing. The bag was taped so the dasher did NOT take the drink out of the bag, we could definitely tell that the Starbucks were the ones who forgot to put it in the bag. After we called them and they explained the issue, we were told that they are not going to return us any money OR at least deliver OR give the missing drink and we have to order again. Well…we most certainly WILL NOT! ALSO y’all’s bathrooms are in a HORRIBLE state!...

Asked for my tea to be shaken instead of made in the cup like I’ve watched them do numerous times and was told “it depends on the line”. Then, even after asking and this statement, the girl made a point NOT to shake my tea but to take it and flip it back and forth between cups... it would’ve been easier to just put the lid on the container and shake it. Making a point of being rude just made the whole experience longer.
