Worst Dunkin I've ever been too! I've been to this one a few times and it's never been great, but I figured it was new, no big deal, they'll get it. This time was absolutely ridiculous though! I made a mobile order for the Valdosta location (we're traveling). We pull up and it's the one in the Pilot truck stop (thanks Google). So we realized the one I made the order at was 18 minutes away. Whatever, it sucks, but whatever. We go there and the coffee still weren't made! I made the order 20 minutes ago at this point. It's only for two coffees. I ask for my order and they proceed to tell me that they are out of tops for the cups so they're not serving hot coffee! They said it had to be iced. I told them I don't care for iced coffee I wanted hot coffee so I would just take a refund. I then had to go out to my car to get the card but realized I don't have my card with me because I left it for my kids to use while we were out of town. I told them that I don't have my card and she literally told me that there was nothing more she could do! I told her that I would just take the coffees without the lids and she said that she couldn't sell them without the lids lol. I then told her that I needed a refund if they couldn't put it on my card just give me cash. She then told me that she couldn't give me a refund without the card and then come back tomorrow lol. I explained her that I was on the road and couldn't come back and that I either needed two hot coffee or refund to pick one. She was extremely rude very unprofessional grabbed her phone an if I wouldn't have had the lids ond walked back and was loudly complaining about me that I'm assuming a manager on the phone in the back lol. This girl was young I think her name was Gabby or something like that. I then realized that we had gotten coffees earlier this morning and I had two lids still in my car and asked if that was okay and they actually had to debate about it and finally said that it was okay and had to brew the coffee and make them and I had to go get the lids and provide them for me to get a coffee. Zero customer service, zero problem solving skills, exceptionally rude, almost through a temper tantrum in the back because I had the audacity to ask for cash instead of it putting on my card. Then when I finally got the coffees, it was extremely watered down! Absolutely ridiculous! Thank God I had the lids lol....
Read moreI went in there about two weeks ago with a family member and I was greeted amazingly by this nice lady who got my ice cream quickly got me through the line, but she made a mistake and messed up on my coupon which made me pay full price. This is not the problem. The problem was when a lady named Gina came up to the counter, and immediately had an attitude with the girl, she was the rudest lady I’ve ever seen her. Keep in mind I was totally OK with paying full price that wasn’t the problem. It was how Gina treated me. She proceeded to explain to me what was wrong like I was stupid multiple times and then ask me and a condescending tone, “do you understand that”. That was the rudest experience I’ve had. Then I come in a few days ago and I’m greeted by her again and she is once again yelling at the other employees making them seem like they’re stupid and when she messes up on my order with my friends she charges me full price for all of my friends together , I ask her nicely why this says this amount and she completely ignores me and never smiles. HOWEVER I WOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT ANYTHING IF THERE WASNT A COFFEE MUFFIN AVAILABLE. SINCE THE OPENING OF THIS STORE THIS IS ONLY THE SECOND TIME I HAVE FONE INSIDE AND THERE WAS A SINGLE COFFEE MUFFIN LEFT! STAFF ALWAYS TELLS ME THE SAME THING. THEY GO QUICK IF THERE IS AN ITEM THAT IS SO HIGH IN DEMAND COMMON BUSINESS SENSE SCREAMS BUY MORE!!! They WILL sell!!!! I wouldve bought all of them!!
But i just bought the ONE, FOR ME, and for the rest of my family 13 donuts and 2 beverages. But i wouldve preferred more than just one. Matter of fact, i would LIKE to be able to buy one each time i take time out of my day, use my gas, park my car in your disability stall, especially if i have to stand in line IN PAIN WITH MY CANE I MIGHT ADD!!
