Went in Saturday for the first time, but it was so extremely packed. We waited in line for 15 minutes and it didn’t even move. It probably would have taken hours at that rate to get to the front, so we left. Before I left though, I walked to the trampoline part to see what it was like and I couldn’t believe the amount of people. It seemed way to packed and dangerous for the amount of room. This is the smallest trampoline park we have been too and I definitely wasn’t impressed. With that being said, we are happy there is even a trampoline park in Valdosta. We came back on Tuesday and there were a few girls working. They just stay at the front and no one was ever on the trampoline part supervising. We had to keep asking the workers to come supervise the swing part so the kids could swing into the foam pit. The place was very dirty and run down. Lots of things in the ninja course that need to be fixed and updated. There is missing handle bars, the grips are completely worn off, there is torn up foam all over the trampoline, trash in different places, huge holes in the wall, dirty socks everywhere, and the parking lots has trash everywhere- nothing looked clean except the arcade area. We just moved to Valdosta, but don’t think we will be coming back. It’s not worth the money. The arcade was extremely expensive too, so we couldn’t do that. I feel the VR and Laser Tag are decently priced though. I hope soon they can invest in fixing broken and old stuff and cleaning needs to be taking place. I know if this was my business I would be upset if my establishment was dirty and not well maintained. Hopefully cleaning can be a part of the workers duties as well because it is a huge turn off to families with...
Read moreGood start but needs work. This place is a great alternative to places like "Urban Air" in Tallahassee. It may be less than half the size but it's real nice that it's here in town. Recoil has plenty to keep the kids entertained on a rainy day and is perfect for birthday parties. The downside is that some of the park isn't built well or even finished. The pads on the trampolines aren't securely fastened and are constantly moving into the jump space. The trapeze swing needs to be rethought. A height limit needs to be enforced or the bar needs to be raised. Either way, the employee that's present needs to offer a bit of instruction to the user if needed. The last issue is the lack of proper padding around the foam pits. Most areas have no covers or pads and even the areas that are covered are done so with flimsy foam pieces that appear to be haphazardly stapled to the edge. These are tearing away with every use. Behind the foam (and now mostly exposed) is the rough wooden framing that supports the whole activity floor. (see pics) The metal frame, to which the foam pit net is attached, isn't covered at all. This protrudes a couple of inches and has a gap that could easily catch fingers and toes. (see pics). Again, this place is good and I am not trashing them. I'd just like to see it completed and brought up to par. We'll be back. UPDATE: Spoke with manager, Will. I was informed that pads were on order for all areas. He also said that he would speak with his staff regarding their attentiveness to the station to which they...

I organized a group event for Saturday, July 20th. From the beginning, we had issues. First, there was only one representative to verify if the jumper was in the system. Secondly, when I asked if we could have the other reps verify the jumpers, I was told no. During this time, it came up that the sole computer that we were using was corrupted and not able to find information on jumpers that were registered in the system. The computer station that used to be in the foyer has been removed and now you have to use your phone to sign up. Even though we used the phone, the system still did not pull the jumpers up. I began to feel bad for the people who had to wait in line behind us because they could not go to see the other representatives. Thirdly, there was no one at the laser tag station. I had to find someone and the lady in the white shirt stated that there are only a few working and they needed time to verify which ones work. If a party is coming for a group event, why was this not checked out prior? Why are there only 7 vests working out of 20? We had to go in smaller groups which defeated the purpose of the group event. Additionally, there was a huge mop bucket in the middle of the laser tag gear area that could have caused a potential accident if I did not point it out. Lastly, the virtual reality experience stopped working. Some of our jumpers did not get to experience this. Please have someone look into these issues and rectify. Sent email a week ago with...
