Long story short the manager Liz is rude, stereotypical I went through the drive thru and order my family & I some food and our 3 orders was missing 1 burger and 3 4piece nuggets! I literally had to get off the interstate to come back well I went back and had my receipt and I showed the cashier and told her what was missing nothing for Liz to say after the cashier went to her about their mistake not mines she proceeded to say rudely and rolling her eyes to am I sure that it wasn’t in the bag cause that’s the 1st thing they put in the bag and I literally said to her if it was in the bag I wouldn’t have came back in here and I said I don’t have to lie I spent my hard earned money here and I want what I paid for! Now I get it that some people lie but not all don’t stereotype nor put me in that category with LIARS cause that’s something I’m not! And after I said that she turned around rolled her eyes yet again and told the workers to correct their mistake! But it was the way she came off as if I was lying when in actuality her crew members was not doing their jobs properly making sure that everything that’s supposed to be in the bags be in there they was more so worrying about who’s going to be their reliever so they can leave and not only that a woman behind me had ordered & gotten her food we walked out together only for her to have to turned around cause they messed her order up and also had stuff missing out the bag‼️ I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE EVER AGAIN DUE TO THE...

4/15/24 7:06 pm placed a mobile order provided cashier code at speaker after she asked she never said anything else so I proceeded to the window Noone was there waited, now a line is forming and the cashier comes to give me someone else's order I tell her that's not what I ordered she asked for a receipt I pull up the app to show her she then tells me to go around and get back in line I advised her I had already went through the line and given my code and didn't wish to go back through could she please just cancel and I'll order some place else she told me the first cashier took off her headset to use the restroom and didn't hear my code I told her that was untrue because I was unable to cancel the order via the app and the app advised me to make request with the restaurant I left because I didn't want to continue to hold up her line so I called the store and ask to speak with manager the Manager asked me for all of the info then place me on hold and never came back to the phone I remained on the line while making this review and have been holding for 39 minutes and when i left the restaurantwas not busy just 3 cars behind me and noone in lobby. Worse customer service I have experienced at this McDonald's and I frequent this location almost daily because the staff is normally super courteous even if their wait time is a bit longer I will not return here and now have to dispute a charge that could have been handled at the...
