Hop Hing's Kitchen — Restaurant in Vallejo

i cant even get a star to this place i had ordered a large order of food from them and i was missing sauce which i had told the new employee 2times make sure its in the bag. so wen i went to work my the person who ordered that meal didnt pay me coz they did not wanna eat the dry ass sweet and sour chicken with no sauce so wen i called them the lady told me she will hve a manager call. no one called back so i called back after 2days and the manager told me i should have kept the food for 2days and bring it back and she said i could have ate the dry chicken. i used to love tis restaurant but now im telling everyone i know not to go here and also putting this on facebook and all...

By far the best I ever had. They are so sweet and always smiling with really good customer service. They are very fast and they really give u what you pay for plus more. Getting a combo plate, you get basically four entrees, any other Chinese restaurant gives you 3.. not only that, but they are not stingy with the food, they give plenty. By the way, I have been there several times and never disappointed. I always leave out happy and satisfied. From now on, no more Panda Express, hophings is my place now....

I would love to give them a higher rating but I pulled up (admittedly 5min before closing, but BEFORE closing) and I watched them notice me pull up then lock the door and flip the open sign to closed.

It wouldn't have cost them a thing to stay open a few more minutes just to let me run in! I just got off work and didnt wanna go anywhere else but I guess they couldnt be bothered. I've heard of similar issues so I guess I'll just take my money elsewhere...
