I only order pizza as a last resort, I usually eat in. I was told the three times I ordered pizza here that if I wanted delivery the order had to be approximately $20, even if I just wanted a small pizza for myself I would have to order more to met the $20 dollar minimum. Fast forward to today (05/04/2017) I checked their site online to see what I can get different this time or a combo that will reach $20 because I don’t really like their pizza crust. Their pizza crust is garlic and you will have to pay extra money for regular crust (or at least that’s what they told me) every other pizza place doesn’t have automatic or regular crust as garlic but as plain. So I found the “$5 line up” and as I understood you buy two things and get another free so when I called and asked for them to explain the line up since it was confusing online she told me they don’t have a $5 line up anymore so I asked about their combos and she said that they do actually have a $5 line up but it’s not five dollars anymore but $7. So she explained to me that if I want the $5 line up or in this case $7 line up (which they really need to change online to keep down confusion) that I could buy “a pizza for $7 and 7 breadsticks for $7 each” then went on talking about other options without giving prices. Mind you I couldn’t even understand and had to keep asking for her to repeat things because English was not her first language but yet she was operating the phone. So I asked what if I added the Cinnabon rolls on would it meet the $20 minimum for delivery then she told me that the delivery minimum was actually $15 (so I have been paying extra this whole time!) long story short I couldn’t understand a word she was saying and neither could she with me because she kept taking long pauses then had the nerve to try and rush me off the phone by telling me to order. Do better Pizza Hut get people that can speak English, that know prices and for crying out loud fix your damn website! It’s no way in hell the site should say $5...
Read moreInconsistent. Just - plain - terrible. The delivery guys was cool so that’s why they got two stars instead of one. The pizza came cold and undercooked 😷. We had to put the pizza back in the oven for another 25 minute to get it right. Called back to the store and someone picked up and hung up a whopping 17 times before I actually got someone to pick up.🙄 I was told the manager is the only person making pizzas and I would have to wait. 😩 So sad, I feel bad that they have to work so hard with no resources and the quality is comprised because of that. So shame on the store owner for thinking that this was okay. I told the manager how much they played themselves and I will be coming in for a refund. I will be heading to the location once they open to get my refund and provide a little feedback on how much quality food is important. Don’t bring people undercooked pizzas and expect them to finish your job for you or sit and take it. I’ve had frozen pizzas and they turn out way better than the mess they delivered to us. It is 2019 and you just can’t do that type of lazy service anymore without getting put on blast. Read moreWaited over 40 minutes for delivery with the app tracker saying my pizza was supposed to be delivered at 1:23. Called the store and it said their phone was disconnected. Called again and connected with call center that told me my food was delayed but it would arrive around 2:54. Still no one showed around 3:20 so call back and the store is now answering their phone and saying they canceled my order and said they called me right after I placed to tell me they didn’t accept my payment method (cash, which is offered on website). I had no voicemail of this call and all the guy working at the store could say is that he called and what do I want to do. I called them at least 3 times and either got phone disconnected or call center who the guy on the phone said call center doesn’t know about the orders. So someone who can’t tell me my order is canceled due to payment is answering the phone. why not leave a voicemail with a number that doesn’t tell customers it’s disconnected so your customers aren’t waiting for a pizza that...
