Tacos La Joya — Restaurant in Vallejo

Last night was the final straw I ordered the la joya suer burrito and what I got was a skinny super burrito I even added extra steak and rice and I was so damn disappointed how the new younger crew is making the food I never but this time I requested my money back or a new burrito Since 2008 I’ve been coming here but since the new hire of the young guys I’ve became disappointed every time I come get a burrito, burrito size has became skinny and small and it seems rushed , I come here and get a great burrito when it’s the original guys working even when I get a super burrito with extras the younger crew disregards my request charges me regular price and when I get my burrito it’s lacking meat it’s very skinny and small when the older crew is I have no complaints it’s to the point I have to see who’s working before I order or I may have to just find a new...

Thumbs down absolute waste of money!!! Terrible burritos which were filled with rice a few pieces of iceberg lettuce. Nothing that was listed in the burrito was there. No tomatoes, no sauce, no beans!! No fried onions or anything else. I came here after reading the reviews and they were busy people kept coming and going so I was so excited to try these burritos but for $30 you get a tortilla rice and a tomato piece of lettuce. I’m sorry but for California and burritos from a true Mexican man who I could barely understand this was terrible. This food truck is kind of in the back you have to search for it. Had my dad buy me A VEGETARIAN BURRITO. I don’t eat animals or their secretions because of ethical reasons. Haven’t eaten anything of that nature in years. Guess what I found? A piece of cooked ANIMAL FLESH. I’m glad I didn’t eat it but I’m pretty sure there may have been more that I was unaware of! Don’t spend your money somewhere they don’t value your choices.
