I ordered an order through the Subway app and when I arrived at the store they had run out of a lot of items, but it was the day before there shipment was due in. The staff was friendly and were doing the best with what they had. But Subway has gotten too expensive to be running out of as many items as they were out of and it was way more than the one item missing from my sandwich. I know that there is are shipping delays all around the world right now, but if when you order a new specialty sandwich and they are out of one of the ingredients that makes it a specialty sandwich you should get a discount and that should be a policy for Subway. If they don't have the ingredients to make the sandwich than that item should be unavailable to order on the app also the ingredients they are out of should not be able to be selected to put on your sandwich. Read moreI'm so frustrated! I mobile ordered for pickup at 12:40, and due to my job I don't have time to wait. When I arrived, the staff was in the middle of making sandwiches, so I waited until he was done as pickup is behind the counter. When he was done with them, he saw me waiting in the express line but went to the other side to help someone else with the order without asking me what I was there for. I had to ask a woman who came from the back for the status, and she looked for it before finding it in a pile of receipts of orders that weren't started. She tried to make my sandwich, however because it was rushed it came out poorly made and has managed to explode all over me with the only two bites I could take from it. I didn't get to leave until 12:50, which made me late to something that I couldn't be. Corners were cut, customer service was extremely dissatisfying! Read moreThe young lady that worked tonight March 9, 2021 @ 7:51 p.m. is so rude she would not give me her name when I asked. She asked me why and told me she couldn't do that. I get that, that's understandable you never know who you could be talking to but then I asked for the district managers name. She then asked me why I then responded with I would like to discuss something with them. She then just rudely said well I can't give you that either and as I was still talking she hung up on me. The store closed earlier than when it was suppose to. Very unprofessional I would not recommend not giving this location any business unless they have better employees. If anyone knows how to get a hold of the district manager or their cooperate office please leave their contact info because this employee do not need to work in this workforce if she's going to have very poor...
