Terrible service They only have one employee In short It was 8:40 p.m. when I arrived, and I had three orders in front of me that I placed on the app. She was telling me, "I'm closing the store. I can't take any more orders." I told her there were more than 30 minutes until closing time, and she said, "Okay, but order quickly." My wife is allergic to mornings, so I placed my order. I told her I didn't have mayonnaise on one sandwich, and she put a lot of it on it because she said, "I'm closing soon." I got to the hotel and saw that both sandwiches had mayonnaise—not a little, but a lot. Apparently, I told her, "Extra mayonnaise." I asked for it again, but she didn't want to change it because they were already closing. It was 9:18 a.m., and they close at 9:30 a.m., but she wanted to close already, and it was a complete mistake on her part. She didn't change my sandwich. I was left without dinner. She ruined my dinner and my night....

This Subway is by far the worst one we have been to. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was still pink in the center on multiple pieces! We went back up to show them and get another sandwich, only for the chicken to be pink again! So our appetites were pretty gone by then! Hoping we don't end up sick from it. Also, we saw we needed to get a receipt to get the code for the bathroom so we were patiently waited to order and then asked for the code to the bathroom only to find out that their bathroom is out of order because of the codes. There was no note on the door and we had to scramble to find another restroom elsewhere with a 2 year old. They were also out of items that they had advertise. No apologies or anything from the workers. They were very rude and started talking about all of the customers as soon as they...

This place doesn't respect customer service at all. We placed our online order at 225pm. Said it would be ready by 240pm. We arrive to curbside pickup at 255pm. Someone picks up the phone and hangs up on us. We see a long line inside, so we go inside and ask for our order. Their response was "your sandwiches aren't even made yet, can't you wait"... first strike. What is the point of online/curbside pickup (30 minutes ago) if you guys ignore our order and still continue to help people that haven't even ordered yet? After we showed up, they STILL made other people's orders before ours. And I repeat again, they haven't even ordered yet. We ordered and paid 30 minutes ago. Also the worker dropped a knife on the floor and tried to use it on someone's bread right after. Second strike. This place is...
