Ramen 101 — Restaurant in Vallejo

My family and I recently relocated from Silicon Valley to Vallejo, and finding a good ramen spot nearby has been a challenge. We came across this place, and although the low rating initially made me hesitant, I decided to dig deeper. After reading the one-star reviews, I realized many of them were related to an employee and didn’t seem to reflect the quality of the food or service.

So, I decided to give it a chance and brought my family along. I’m not going to lie—this place is a gem for Vallejo! The food was absolutely delicious, and we left completely satisfied.

Me and my husband were very excited to come here unfortunately we were greatly disappointed. Spent $55 just for our order to be wrong.Very unorganized cramped when trying to order, had to ask for a number # for our table. The 2 head cashiers were Rude, But the Young lady & Young man( who did our Refund) waiting the tables were Nice. What a pleasant surprise! We were here supercharging and the kalbi here was so good! They were also able to accommodate my request to do veggies only instead of veggies + rice + macaroni salad.
