Starbucks — Restaurant in Vallejo

Went to grab some coffee with the wife. They didn't have items to make the drinks and when we finally did order something, the drinks were made without any sweetness. They were bitter and essentially milk, black coffee, and a lot of whipped cream and nothing else. We ordered white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and it was incredibly horrible. I don't understand, and when we got to the window the worker asked me what I had ordered. They weren't busy and was what looked like fully staffed.

Actually I am not shocked, this location has been bad on a few occasions and is often out of things, however when we settled on drinks we didn't want and they were made incomplete I had to say something. Youre better off going to the Starbucks on Lincoln just a little...

I went on a extensive bike ride from Vacaville to Vallejo, and it was during the morning so a little chilly as my hands were very cold. So I wanted to go to a Starbucks and order me a Chai Latte Large, and I chose this one because it was within my desired route. And the service was excellent and friendly and great costumer service from everyone there. I was much delighted, and the Chai Latte was very quite delicious and warm which did in fact warm my body and my hands. Thank you wonderful Starbucks. And the fun part was I met a beautiful Russian couple with a lovely dog, and tot to read my new book a little before my scheduled appointment. I ordered my drink for pickup and it said it would be ready in 7 minutes. I went there and my mother went in to get my drink. She was standing at the pickup area for an extra 10 minutes being ignored by baristas. They were not busy with the drive thru because no one was in it and there were people coming in after her getting served before her. Finally she was the last person in there and a barista finally acknowledged her and they had not even made my drink yet. The barista didn't apologize for her being ignored, or not even having my order ready.
