My mom and I came to this location because she needed a new mattress after so so many years with her old mattress. This was a Saturday Morning. I chose this place because it was close to her house, she can try out the different mattresses, knew they would deliver, and pick up her old mattress. There were a few customers shopping. We were greeted promptly by Oliver. He was very nice. He asked all the right questions to help gauge what my mom wanted and needed. My mom was not that picky. She just wanted a "Firm" mattress at a good value. Oliver took his time and showed my mom several mattresses in the store. Oliver brought her a pillow and guided us to each mattress for her to try. Oliver made sure to stay with the mattresses closer in price and value we asked for. I did ask him to show us a higher end mattress just for comparison. For each mattress, Oliver explained the benefits and build as well as checked on the availability. He was very patient with my mom and answered all our questions. Also a plus, he spoke Tagalog. So then it made it even easier for him and my mom to communicate. She ended up with her top choice that was delivered the next day. Oliver detailed the steps for delivery. This made it easy for my mom since I was not able to be with her during the delivery. The delivery was on time. The called prior to arrival. They set up her mattress carefully. They even put on the protective cover for her that we bought from Oliver. They took away her old mattress. This was a great experience. My mom got a great mattress and experienced great...

Worst experience. I should have cancelled my order. There was an instant $100 off discount for the mattress I bought but the sales did not include it until I point it out. Both mattress I bought came with a free adjustable base respectively. But again the sales did not include it until I point it out. What was worse, when I mentioned if we could get a base, the sales only wanted to give me a regular base which is much cheaper and worse than the adjustable base. In the end, we got one free adjustable base for the two mattress I bought. Everything can be delivered the next day but the sales did something wrong and one mattress can not be delivered until a few days later by FedEx. The second sales came and correct it. I remember everything can be delivered for free last time and I asked the sales why this time I got charged for delivery in a nice way. But the sales said you have got discounts and why do you care about the delivery fee. The sales left in the middle and asked another sale to help me finish my order. The only discount I got from this order is free mattress protector. All other huge discounts should be given to me without asking but the sales would not include them if I did not ask. To note, there is a big tag right there telling you the discounts. And the sales did not even include it if I did...

Our expert Goose is hands down amazing! His professionalism and knowledge he has to cater to provide a great experience in helping us choose the right type of bed that we’ve been needing. The ability to connect and establish rapport with his customer’s made this an enjoyable moment for us. Initially, we came in checking out specific mattress but he steered us in the right direction with the kind of bed we needed. He didn’t push pressure on us on the kind of bed he thought would be best for us. He allowed us to take our time in our decision. In fact he allowed us leave to give it some thought (wasn’t long, maybe an hour) to decide at home and sure enough I called right back. I was determined to get the bed I needed. He was very accommodating and making sure that he could do everything he was able to assist with me that. In fact, he even stayed over passed his scheduled hours as I had other prior arrangements and he was able to get all the paperwork and orders in but the time I finished and all I had to do was sign. My husband and I felt very spoiled by Goose. He gave great attention, and we are appreciative for the dedication, kindness and genuineness. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Goose. He’a got good energy!
