Horrible experience. Please note I post very few negative reviews. Zero plans to go back. I walked in at 8:33 and walked out at 8:53. Waited in line for 20 minutes with only six people ahead of me. There were literally seven staff members sitting there. So there was more staff than customers. By the time I got to the front all the teriyaki chicken was gone and she told me they would start more. The same lady that was walking around as the manager, drinking her soda, and not helping while the line just kept getting longer. Im sure it wasn't that serious and you could've given him more. He likes to put the sauce on his rice too so it's just stupid to keep condiments from your own customers. Makes no sense. Figure it out Panda corporate. This is a time to try and bring in your customers with more bang for their buck.... It's so frustrating, that the manager is not anticipating that in ten minutes or less he will be all out of teriaki chicken and orange chicken during a dinner rush. For gods sake, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to make the stuff, start making it when you're half way through it and not when you run out..
