Bangkok Island — Restaurant in Vallejo

I was going to give Bangkok Island Thai Fusion 3 stars for being middle of the road, but after leaving the restaurant once we'd been there about 1.25 hours we both got sick. The service was slow but friendly. The food was ok tasting, not terrible but also nothing to rave about. We got the fried egg rolls, which I suspect were what made us sick, and those were pretty bad tasting. Not much filling and definitely not worth $10.99. We also got Pad Thai and an eggplant dish. First time here.. George had the spicy string beans with chicken and it was pretty tasty. I was craving steak so I ordered their ribeye. It was very good when it was Cha'am. I went in to place a to-go order. They handed me the bill and had the audacity to write in a tip in advance, including it in the total, even though it was a to-go order. I would have left a tip on my own accord, more than what they took the liberty of inserting. Because they were so presumptuous, it really rubbed me the wrong way.
