A day in particular when I went there was Tuesday, October 11th, 2022. I ordered their $5 Biggie Bag and a free meal with a coupon. I have been on disability for over a year and their Biggie Bag and free meal deals do come in handy on my strict food budget. Their two self-serve fountain drink machines have very good varieties to choose from in regular and in diet options. Plus, they also have Dave's Lemonades which I'm so curious to try some day soon.
They did a good job in remodeling their restaurant.
BUT ....
On this particular day, I asked for the restroom key so that I could wash my hands first before I ate my meal. I was given the key for the # 1 restroom. When I opened it, there was a nude homeless man in there bathing himself!!! He must have snuck in there in-between dining patrons!! I notified the management about it! They need to do a better job of monitoring their visitors.
I finally got the key for the # 2 restroom. When I opened it, it stank like the previous person who used it REALLY DID A # 2! 🤢💩
Their restrooms need to be well-ventilated. One of their self-serve fountain drink machines ( the one on the left ) needs to be repaired. And their two ketchup dispensers don't dispense.
Update: Sunday, October 16th, 2022 @ 11:36 a.m.
I had just finished eating breakfast here. I asked for the restroom key so that I could wash my hands before leaving. I was handed the key to restroom # 1. I opened the door only to find out that there was a black man sleeping in there! I don't know if he was the same one from 5 days prior. I reported it to management.
I don't know about this place anymore. 🤷🏽♂️ It has started to get bad. 😕
Update: Since August 2024
They now have better control of how customers can have access to their restrooms. 🚻 I don't believe that vagrants can sneak into the restrooms in-between customers anymore. At least, I haven't seen such a problem any longer since they escort each paying customer to an available restroom to unlock the door...
Read more(( I would give them four and 7/10 Stars if there was such a thing. )) We ( my brother and I ) went to the drive-thru this evening We ordered three small chillies cheese and onions ,one extra onions that would be for me , two French fries, and a large ?something? mango drink that my sister-in-law loves to death. I never checked the bags to see if everything's there I just assume so and you know what happens when you assume lol We got all the way home and inside to surprise my sis-in-law and discovered there was only one french fry , don't get me wrong now, this happens way too often not just with Wendy's point of fact Wendy's not very often at all but with all the establishments in the area because most people like myself don't check the bag before we leave, but their service was great it always is never a problem they're always kind and friendly and helpful and will always go there even if they forget things once in awhile I just wanted to write that in hopes that somebody would tell them so they could be more attentive to a person's order and make sure they get everything most of us we ask customers rely on that and most of the time they deliver thank you Wendy's.. Read moreI used to go to this Wendy's several times a week to get a salad until one day when I was trying to order at the drive through, the woman taking my order kept cutting me off and giving me my total. I was trying to tell her I also needed a burger with no pickles or onions but as soon as I mentioned the burger she gave me my total and turned off the intercom. So I pulled around and went inside and and tried my hardest not to be mean to the counter cashier but I was really angry. She moved my order to the front and was fairly accommodating, but the burger was still wrong when I received it. I worked in fast food for several years as a young person and I understand that it is hard and often thankless work, but there is no excuse for not confirming the order and shutting off the intercom to avoid taking a larger order. I hadn't gotten around to ordering a drink yet and it should be obvious that I should have been given the option to do so, if not downright asked if I wanted one. I haven't been back since and I believe that this was about a month ago. The food I received there until this incident was usually correct...
