Subway — Restaurant in Valparaiso

If you like your sandwiches swimming as if it were dunked in a jar of mayo, this is the spot for you. This happens 90% of the time. If you call your order in ahead, expect other issues. If you're trying to avoid these issues and politely explain that you'd like a sandwich made normally, then you are sure to offend their employees. That will most certainly result in a disgusting sandwich and rude attitudes from their employees. After my polite request for the sandwich to be made with a proportionate amount of mayo the employee turned to another employee and said "last time this happened customer called in later, I reviewed the camera and we saw that everything was made right. But she still left a bad review and lied." Inappropriate to compare to a current customer and even so while I'm standing in front of them. Especially while I was being so nice. And of course at the end of the assembly, it was time to put the sauce on. The employee looked over at other employee he had made the comment to and smiles before purposely squirting like 6oz (way too much) of mayo mostly on the ingredients that are just visible on the closed sandwich. The employees looked at each other again and laughed before wrapping it up and giving a condescending and disingenuous laughing "goodbye, have a good day."

I'm done with this place. Think twice before you order from or go this subway. There are better places with better food that employ better people. Don't support this type of bad business. Their employees will eventually take that negativity and infect other local businesses. Stop it before it gets...

I made a curbside order. Wasn't rude to the worker on anything outside my 12 year old son is highly Allergic to onions using the app I told her I would return the sandwich and took full responsibility for ordering it with onions on it ask her to please remake it for me She stated give her five minutes and she would. I waited over 15mins walked in with the sandwich not opened or eaten she stated because I ordered it with with onions that since i ordered it that way it my fault. Which I understand she made me feel like my concerns about it didn't matter it that she would not remake the sandwich ask her for the cooperation number she told me I could get it online asked for her name she told me she not Comfortable with giving that out. If this is how you guys treat cousmters over a mistake I never eat here again! I did also notice the Racism when I asked about it! And I did read the other racist remarks on these reviews sad....

I used to work at a Subway because I would crave it while I was pregnant. With that being said I know how a subway is ran through and through. THIS Subway here is One Of Thee Best Subway locations I have been to!! The employees were helpful, kind, and very attentive. This manager (whomever it may be) is doing a WONDERFUL job. The FOOD is Very Fresh. The meats and vegetables were all full. I like a lot of veggies so usually the sandwich artist will make a mess of my sandwich But Not Here Buddy. This you Gentleman with blue eyes and blond hair deserves the Title of a true sandwich artist!! The way he took great care into making the perfect sandwich for myself and my daughter is admirable!!! I'm not sure if I ever want anyone else to make my Subway sandwich for me, as of yesterday. Hats off to this Subway!!
