Golden Wok Chinese Buffet — Restaurant in Van Buren

I was charged extra because the employee said my plate wouldn’t close. My plate did close, but when she lifted the plate to bag it, it came unattached a little. It was able to be closed again. She said she usually charge 15.00, but was being nice and only charged me 14.00. Website had 10.99 and the menu at establishment showed 11.99. I asked how much is tax %. She went to other register, rang up a new transaction, and gave me a receipt showing 14.32. I signed a receipt that was 14.00. Why the different prices, no signage to advise that extra is charged if plate does not stay closed, and why was I not provided copy of original receipt. I have filed a BBB report. Also, I am going to continue researching to see what other agencies I could possibly report this matter to. It seem like they should be fined. No stars for this restaurant!!! We are there tonight and what a joke! The fish was so hard even their dull knife wouldn't cut it. The crust on the shrimp was dried up, but I managed to choke down one. We ordered crab legs and they had a bad fishy smell to them and were discolored, needless to say we didn't finish those either. We told the waitress about them and she jibbered something across the restaurant to the others in Chinese and offered us $6.00 back, we ordered 3 pounds. When we got to the register she was so rude to us that I felt uncomfortable. She jerked the register tape and was still speaking Chinese to all her co-workers as we walked out. Let's see. From the very beginning of the visit it was a horrible experience. We came here as a farewell to my son's gf for the summer. The lady who was restocking the bar threw hot oil all over my arm from one of the pots and didn't bother to say anything but "move" no please or anything. Then proceed through dinner and we inform the waitress that the fruit all tastes of chemicals to which she shrugged off. We waited a good 20 minutes on drink refills and no they weren't super busy the waitress was too busy standing around talking and playing on their phones.
