Update: They messed up on our pizza again, and it was burned, we called and let them know, they said ok just come back in, like stated below we do not live in Van Buren, she said that was fine, we made it a point to say it could be weeks before we get back up here, cause we come up when we have doc appointments, the girl said that was fine, we asked if she needed our name, and phone number she said no it will be fine, (note we should have paid closer attention to her name). Yesterday we was finally able to get to Van Buren, we stopped by to pick our pizzas up and come in contact with a girl who said she was a manager, long story short she didn't want to replace our pizzas, due to the time frame, we explained everything to her and she called someone and finally, she did replace one, but not the other. I told her that they should tell the others the rules so that they are not telling people their pizzas will be replaced, and she then said she doesn't even work at this one, she is just filling in. The Drive Thru menu board is still out and has been for at least a year, which makes the restaurant look nasty. We have called corporate and will be calling corporate again to let them know, they need to train employees a little better, and to get the menu board fixed. We do not live in Van Buren, that being said we placed an order, got our pizza and came home to Altus. When we got home we noticed they gave us the wrong pizza, we called them and they said they would correct the problem next time we were there, Went up there a few weeks later and they did. I pulled up to the window to get my order and the General Manger Hilda took my money and tried to give my regular bread sticks when I explained to her the I had ordered cheesy bread she starts with a 60 second rant about how I didn’t not order the right bread. I should have ordered Italian cheesy bread. I told her I ordered cheesy bread on the phone and I that is how I have always ordered. She simply went to the warmer and got my Cheesy bread brought it to the window Again she went on a rant!!!!! I ask her her name and she informed me she was the General Manger. I told her I did not ask for her title just her name!! I’m work as a trauma nurse and I have abided by the stay at home rule but when I get off of a 12 hour shift I will try to pick up something easy and fast. I do not need to be treated rudely. Got there 6 mins past when my online order was to be ready, pulled to the window &waited for the laughter and joking to stop (3 mins) so someone would notice. She gets there and says "can I take ur order" I told her I did an online order I saw in her face they didn't know so she says 1sec comes back and says we wanna make sure the wings are done & crispy it will be 15 mins. I asked for a refund and she said do It on the app. (She's been giggling the whole time) I said I didn't use the app so she called her manager and while laughing out loud she types and says ok done! Don't waste your time at this place! Look at the reviews and see that from management down No one cares at that place!
