I must express my utmost gratitude for the warm and inviting atmosphere that greeted me during my short visit to this establishment. Despite their undeniable busyness, the staff remarkably made the effort to extend kind greetings, inquire about my well-being, and engage in amiable conversation. The drink I received was nothing short of exceptional, surpassing expectations by flawlessly resembling the image displayed on the wall. Additionally, the ambience of the establishment exuded an immensely positive aura, enhanced by the tasteful incorporation of retro Edison lighting on the tables and captivating wooden art adorning the walls. I have been to this Starbucks many times and my same drink is NEVER made the same. I was a supervisor for an extremely high velocity store in Colorado for about a year, 6 months ago. I see the same baristas every time I come in and am extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge about routine and standard. There are some team members who and great and friendly, however most of them just sit there and wait until they need payment or are passing out a drink. This is not the Starbucks way. The lack of consistency in infuriating and annoying. The next closest store is at least 15mins away in ft Smith, on Rogers ave. They are a much better representation of what Starbucks stands for and makes paying 5+ dollars on a cup of...

They seem not to care about the people that come into the store compared to the drive through. Waited over 15 minutes for my drinks when the inside of the store was empty. A couple who came in after me received their drinks first. I had to tell one of the workers that I was still waiting on my drinks and when I gave her my name, she just grabs the drinks and places them down without even saying anything. No apologies, no eye contact, no excuses. They clearly seem to hate their job or whatever kind of bad day they're having is no excuse to take it out on the customers. Really poor customer service. If you don't want to work at Starbucks because you hate it so much, then find another job. Very...
