McDonald's — Restaurant in Van Wert

This McDonalds was just rebuilt and now has an amazing play area for the little ones. Video games, huge playground, all that you could ask for to keep them entertained. Also has a private room for parties. Only problem with this location is the lack of customer service. My worst experience was going inside to get a sweet tea. That's it....I told the cashier they were out right away, she ignored my concern. Told her again that it was still out. Once again, she ignored my issue. Went to her a third time and asked if we would have sweet tea today or what, finally went in the back, however no one helped me. I finally gave up and asked for the manager. He resolved the issue and apologized. Second bad experience was when I ordered an ICED Mocha. I got it and it had no ice and was luke warm. Seriously, how hard is it to make an ICED mocha?! Do NOT order anything from the McCafe as it is terrible. My wife had to throw hers out after asking for a new one. I give this restaurant 3 stars instead of 5 for these reasons and hope it was...

I don't know what it is here but this place is absolutely disgusting I only go here cause my son likes the play equipment. To many young kids working not enough adults the drink area is so nasty pop every where nats flying all over the ketchup area and trash so full you can't even put no more in it I went to play on play area with my son it's so nasty inside of it that I don't know how kids are even able to move so sticky inside of it from food and kids slobbering bathroom had dead flys on the floor every time I eat here I have to go home and use the restroom and that is number 2 and it's always watery I would say HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CALLED FOR INSPECTION save your self sometime go to...
