Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Vancouver

Good fresh cooked food beter then most Carl's Jr's. But the price you pay for the fresh cooked food is having to wait out fron. Every time I go here even for small orders, they make me wait in front and then bring it out to the car. Even when no one is in the drive-thru still have to wait out front. I go to the drive through to kind of get it quick and wait at the window. I may have so order online if I'm going to wait out front. Let's still it is good better than any other carl's jr...

I'm really not sure how to explain this. The taste and texture of the burger patties and fries are.. off. The meat is like grade school cafeteria meat and the fries are this weird tough chewy texture with a sausage flavor or something like that. It is nothing like the other carls just up the road; I would probably recommend just going there.

For starters, the app is garbage it doesn't work right it's hard to use your points and the employees are no help I think you need to hire more competent employees that know how to help because you try to use points they charge you full price for everything and then send you on your way and when you say anything they just dismiss you and send you on your way they don't try to fix or help with anything definitely needs work or more responsible...
