I can't tell you much about the food or decor, but I refuse to give them the benefit of the doubt after dealing with their service. After using the online ordering feature on their website and receiving an email that gave me confirmation on an expected DELIVERY time, I proceeded to wait AN HOUR for my food. I wouldn't have let it go that long had I not been otherwise distracted. Regardless, AN HOUR later, I did NOT get a knock or ring at my door with my food. I got a very snippy phone call from a male employee of the restaurant wondering why I had not been in to pick up my order. I explained that I had ordered for delivery, had been required to put in my address to select a delivery location and received an email of confirmation for my delivery. He stated he had no idea why it had put it in as a delivery order. This is fine. I can deal with technological difficulties and understand that sometimes computers don't necessarily work nicely with humans. However, the employee then asked to confirm my address, stated that my address is waaay out of their delivery area. I then asked why the online program would have accepted my address? He said he didn't know and then asked, "Well what do you want us to do?" in a very short tone. I asked if they were still willing to deliver being as I could not come pick it up, and after going back and forth about it to himself on the phone with me, he said yes, they'd still deliver it. I then asked if it would be cold and his reply was, "Well, it came out of the oven twenty minutes ago," at which point I promptly cut him off to save him the effort of talking any longer and decided to cancel my order (which took two complete phone calls to accomplish). The experience was enough to stop me from trying them again in the future. But I guess there are plenty of pizza places...

By far one of the worst places I have been in! My wife and I walked in and ordered a pizza and sat in the dinning room to wait. An employee walked out of the kitchen and into the dining area, set a bundle of pizza boxes on the floor and began to take the plastic rap off then set them on a table, used his bare hands to clean the mess off the floor and began to put them together and would set them on the floor. This is also the walk way in and out of the restroom. I approached the guy that said he was in charge and asked him if that was all right, he said no and would take care of it. We continued to observe the same kid get up go into the kitchen and would take the pizzas out of the oven and put them into the pizza boxes. He would then open boxes of ingredients, on the floor, discard the boxes in the trash and then go back to the pizzas. And if that's not bad enough, the whole time he would stand there in the middle of everyone making our pizza, sit and rub his face and hair. Not once did he have gloves on or wash his hands. I talked to the same guy and told him we wanted our money back and we was leaving. He said he understood and would take care of the problem again. We went out and sat in our jeep and watched for another 5 minutes or so. Watched this kid do the same thing, no one said anything to him, the pizza boxes still setting on the floor. And the whole time I'm thinking about the dog shit I had just stepped in and wiped off my shoes before I went in to order my pizza! Walking where the pizza boxes were setting and this kid had cleaned the floor with his bare hands and then served you...

Honestly I have been an almost weekly regular for about a year until recently. I was very excited to find a place that made gluten free pizza that tastes decent. I was, however, slightly put off by the fact that repeat orders always cost a different amount depending on who was working, and certain workers made me feel like they had certain biases against me for ordering the same pizza each week. Over the phone they would act like they remembered me, but not in a good way.

The quality and care of the staff have declined in recent months. The ingredients began to taste old so I started to just order the dough to go and top it with my own fresh ingredients. Consistency just wasn't there.

Then on my last visit, I walked in and ordered just the dough to go. The cashier took my cash and coins for payment, then walked back to the walk in fridge and without washing her hands or putting on gloves, handled my crust with her bare dirty hands and slapped it into a to go box, hard enough to crack the half frozen crust.

Needless to say, I lost my appetite and wasted $8 on a crust I was too grossed out to use. The crack was so large that it would have made a mess everywhere anyway if I had tried to put sauce and toppings on it. It also appeared off colored like it had been freezer burned or thawed and refrozen. When you have food sensitivities, you're very cautious about what you eat, and know that you can't risk just one bad food item.

Instead of complaining to the apathetic teenage crew on staff, I just won't be returning. I'm sad I lost one of my favorite...

I'm giving this place 5 stars because it was NYE and they were professional. I'm writing this review from a Dasher perspective (food courier). When arriving the door was locked and it gave a number to call. I did and the gentleman was very friendly and said I can sit in my car and he'll bring it out, which he did in the time allotted. Friendly, accurate, and smelled delicious. I enjoyed the curbside pickup and gave me a much needed break. If you find my reviews helpful, please like and follow me. I base my reviews on customer experience by either as a Dasher and/or customer. I'm wishing everybody well for 2021. My reviews are unbiased and not compensated for a better review. I'm honest and open and put aside many covid related issues aside. This restaurant followed the government mandates, no indoor dining, masks required, and signs stating to social distance. The restaurant does Doordash for delivery and phone orders for pick up and take out as well. Cheers to 2021

Went there last week, and I forgot to leave an excellent review for their excellent service. We dined in, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience, and it warmed my heart to see just how well these young people worked together. It is so rare to see an excellent group of people working like a true team to keep up with demanding standards set forth by society in general. They were so busy, and it did not go unnoticed that they were working so hard to manage all the orders in a timely manner. Our food was out super fast, and everything tasted so good! Will definitely be back, not only for the food, but the excellent service. We had pepperoni, mushroom and pepperoni, olive pizzas, wings, and cheesy bread, and it all tasted great!!

Delicious pizza. Comparable to papa Pete's in Ridgefield. Great price. Cheaper than domino's and way way better tasting. Xlarge has 12 slices Large has 8 And a small has 6. The guys who work here are courteous and knowledgeable. The girls are lazy, will stand in the back and gossip while there are tables to be cleaned and napkins to be filled... The girls will bring your eat in order to you in a To go box and when you ask for plates they are paper. The guys will serve it on a tray, give you a serving spatula and a plastic reusable plate. The guys will cook your pizza a little longer if asked where as the girls have informed me that it's how it comes. Food is still good nonetheless. Hot and fresh.
