UPDATE: I originally left a 5 star review which Iāll keep below because it was solely complimenting the sales woman. This is a year update: my partner and I were told that paying for the bed was a payment plan. What they actually did, was sign us up for a sleep number credit card, maxed out the credit card 100% and put that toward the bed and the āpayment planā is paying off the credit card they opened up. It dropped my score by 95 points. 95. We contacted so so so many customer service people and they were not only rude but unhelpful and told us either way if we return it, they have to keep the CC open. Pretty much told us weāre SOL. So now weāve had the bed for a year and the app never works and the bed constantly deflates. Iāve also somehow stumbled upon an entire community on social media of people complaining about the same things and sleep number blocks all of them. So to the sales woman who was just as confused and surprised when we came back with the CC info, you were great and super sweet. Sorry you got roped into the mess. Sleep Number as a company though, is unbelievably overrated and sucks.
Old review: I never leave reviews for places positive or negative. My partner and I stumbled into this location with only half the intention to place an order. We just wanted to lay in the beds and chat about what we want in the future but not anytime soon. Taelor our salesperson was so knowledgeable after only being there for 3 weeks and had exceptional customer service skills. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, funny and welcoming. I believe we ended up being there for about 2 hours and had zero issues with it. I couldāve chatted with them for longer! We placed our order and are super excited for the mattress to come but I do hope Taelor and the rest of the staff here are well taken care of by Sleep Number because these are the kind of employees you feel grateful to have....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSleep number, as a company, is a very unorganized company. I have been very disappointed with the service provided throughout my experience with them both in the store and on the phone. First, my sales rep, Jeff, in Camas, Wa. lied to me regarding my sale. I specifically asked him to put the iQ technology on my order and he didn't. If you call customer service; expect to be on hold for no less than an hour. I was told that my bed would be shipped to me in 2-4 weeks and I did not receive it until two months later with no forewarning or communication. I was then told that I had to pay $500 to upgrade to the iQ technology when I had originally stated to my sales rep that I wanted it included with my purchase. I did not have a problem paying for the iQ technology upon purchasing my bed, however, I was not going to pay $500 after the fact because the sales rep, Jeff, chose not to put it on my order. If you order the iQ technology at the same time as the order of your bed, the iQ technology is $299, but if you order the iQ technology after the fact then it is $500. Because my order had not been delivered in 2-4 weeks, like promised, I called the store where I ordered my bed to find out where it was and they had stated both times that they would have customer service call me to schedule a time for delivery and they never followed through. Because these beds are extremely expensive, I also expect customer service, both in the stores and over the phone to be professional, courteous and organized. I do like my bed, but I would never order from sleep number again, and I would never recommend them to anybody I know, due to the way I was lied to and unprofessionally treated. One of the most unorganized companies that I have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy Sleep Number Experience after 3 years of having my bed. Sales are very helpful and convincing as to why you should invest in your sleep, right. Because we spend 25k + on a vehicle why are we sacrificing our sleep buying cheep uncomfortable mattresses, right. Purchase went smoothly of course, during installation technician realized that one of the foot warming pad was not working, we had to wait a 6 weeks for the replacement to arrive and to have it installed, as soon as the 3 year warranty ended the same warming pad quit working and had to pay a percentage of the part to get it replaced on top of technician fee of $99 to come and install now have to pay another $99 technician fee because of the air chamber is not working a total of $299 you would think that they had a better warranty for a 10k + bed that now is costing me close to $11K and I feel so used and stupid for buying a bed that has only causing me stress instead of a good night sleep. So Watch out and read the fine print in your warranty please. Because it is a SLEEP NUMNER but in my case is this kind of...
