Absolutely a horrible experience. I will not be back.
Entered the drive thru ordering the $20 meal that comes with 10 pieces, two large sides and 5 biscuits. I ask (Jennifer) if I can just have all biscuits, no sides with her answer being “no.” I then tell her I’m looking for a meal that will allow me to have chicken with no sides and biscuits, she then again tells me “no, we don’t do that.” Very frustrated by this point not having any options and someone who refuses to offer a solution I leave the drive thru.
I enter the store hoping for better luck. Thankfully I’m greeted by Sarah who is more than happy to help me. I tell her that I’m looking for the best price and option for chicken and only biscuits. She tells me that I can order a 10 piece and up to a dozen biscuits at a time, I say great and order. Perfect.
Then walks over Jennifer who asks if I was the individual who was in the drive thru. I told her yes. She asks what my issue was and that they cannot modify their meals with a displeased/sour look on her face. I tell her what I was looking for and simply needed a “here, this is what we can do for you or these are your option.” She then proceeds to argue with me about how she was being helpful, etc. I reminded her that my order she didn’t help me with my order so it was clear to see that she didn’t help me. She aggressively pushed back some more saying how she helped and I was wrong. Not true.
I ask for her boss, she said she was. I ask for her boss and Fatmia comes out from around the corner (apparently listening). While Fatima seemed kind and had a gentle disposition; so I explain the situation to her and surprise - no emotion while Jennifer continues to inform me that I am wrong and she was right. At no point did Fatmia ask this individual to come down, take a breath and remember who the customer is. I continued to be treated poorly with no interjection or remorse.
I tell Fatmia and Jennifer that I didn’t have time for this and needed to leave. My parting words we’re that I would take this experience to heart and learn something valuable from it, very poor and very sad. I won’t be back, I will not be treated in such a way.
I almost forgot. After all this.... I asked for some ranch to be told that “ranch doesn’t come with the 10 piece”! What do you mean, I just spent $26 dollars on chicken and 12 darn biscuits and you cannot give me some darn ranch! I was charged .25 a packet. Pitiful!!
I hope others have a better experience but I highly doubt it or you are hiding the truth from...
Read moreThis is just frustrating. When I have gone to other Popeyes in Washington and other states I have not had the poor customer service that I have had at the 192 ave Vancouver Washington location. Several times I have gone to the 192 Ave Vancouver Washington location and there is always something wrong. I never gave a review because I didn't want to get anyone written up. This last time was it. I really need to let management know how their customers are being treated Recently I was hunger because I did not have time to eat, because I had a busy day! I'm diabetic, my sugar was dropping so I needed to get food asap. I drove through the 192 ave Popeyes to pick-up a chicken sandwich combo meal. I received an old sandwich that looked as if it had been sitting for a long while. The bun was smashed with lines in it, crumbing as I bit into it. The chicken was not fresh at all. It seem as if it had been reheated...I had already driven away and and to finish my arrands, so I didn't want to drive back because like previous times I had visited they would not accommodate me, so I just didn't bother. Another time before that, I down loaded the Popeyes app and was suppose to receive a free chicken sandwich, and the app said to "inform the employee at the window." I was told they could not give me anything because I should have told them when I ordered. I informed them and showed the worker the instructions on the app... and ask them "how would I know their store rules, when there is no sign that says that I needed to inform them when I order, and the app said inform the the employee at the window." I asked to speak with the manager and the person who helped me said "I couldn't talk with the manager because she wasn't there. I asked her the manager's name, and when will the manager be in?" She told me "I'm not going to give you any information about the manager..." I asked her "why," and she said "I don't have to tell you anything...you need to leave." I pulled over in the parking lot and just cried... I had not gone back to that Popeyes for awhile until recently, and am just getting around to writing a review. This customer service is overwhelmingly...
Read moreI've eaten here often and rarely had any issues with my food. But today was the exception! As I was waiting my turn to pull up to the window, the lady in front of me honked to get the attention of the young man inside. When he opened the window, she handed him an opened box of food and said this isn't what I ordered. He took it, gave her what she ordered and she drove away. I pulled up and as I was giving him my money, I saw one of the girls in the back closing that same box and put it in a bag. I asked him if he was giving me the box the lady in front of me gave back and he said no. But I could tell by the look the two young girls behind him were giving each other that I actually WAS getting the food returned by the lady in front of me. (I also had to ask for napkins, and that should always be a drive-thru requirement.) I was already late for work, so I took it and left. I opened the box on my way to work, only to find out that they had given me spicy boneless wings, when I had asked for the Honey Mustard wings... because I wanted to try them. So not only did they give me food that had possibly been touched by the people in the car in front of me, but it had been passed around AND it wasn't what I ordered! So now I'm at work and can't eat because the chicken is too spicy for my health condition. It's very disturbing that you would even allow people to pass food back into a drive-thru window when it's...
