McDonald's — Restaurant in Vancouver

Monday 8:30am, February 25th. I stopped at this McDonald’s and Ive came to the conclusion that something is wrong with the soda machine. Possibly mold spores inside the spout similar to the other locations. I got nothing but a Dr. Pepper. (I drink Dr Pepper all the time) and I drank about half (large). Then within about 2 minutes my body was forcing all the contaminated Dr. Pepper out during a violent puke session. Soda is really gross to puke up. Fizzes a lot more going out... (I’m a relatively healthy person, no drugs, no alcohol, I puke when I’m super sick or from food poisoning.) I’m only here to let people know that based off what I’ve seen, the soda machines aren’t maintained in a safe way at McDonald’s in general but they DEFINITELY ARE NOT at this branch. If the soda machine is the ONLY machine on the dining room side, imagine the hazards you might find in the kitchen. I was with a friend who got an Egg White Delight and the cheese which is maybe the most important part of that sandwich, was placed like halfway on, kinda falling off. So part of it was melted on the ham like it should be, and the other part was cheese-less because the non-melted hanging half slice ended up and the table. Historically speaking I’ve generally had decent food from here. (It’s all the same but I mean Hot, Fresh tasting, not stale food) but I’m still gonna give only one star because a company with a name as big as McDonalds can’t get away with taking shortcuts and putting people at risk like this. 530 on 8/28 pm ordered a double with no onion no reciept was given when asked she said i dont know which one it printed on, she had pink hair and didnt offere to find it. Order came out also ordered a childs meal and 10 pieces of chicken nuggets all with fries. The fries were over cooked same as the chicken nuggets, my double bun looked burnt and greasy. Took it back to which appeared to be a shift mgr with light brown hair in a pony tail, she said lets make a new one waited 8 minutes. When i picked up from the shift mgr she said it wasnt burnt that there buns came in that dark, i said ive never got something like that from McDonald's before, she just rolled her eyes at me, took one bite and it was doubled salted looked greasy so i walked it back to the counted sit it down and walked back to my table. The hamburger sit there for 10 minutes, shift mgr knew it was there completely ignored it then finally walked over to it then tossed it in the trash, not once offered or came to my table and offered s refund or if i would like something else. 25.12 i spent at ur location and left without s dinner i paid for. The worse customet service i ever have gotten. I will not return and will call the service mgr in the morn and complain. You want a good McDonalds go to the Hazel Dell one. I eat there every Wednesday with my grandson and son as part of Wednesday get together. Picked this one on Fort Vancouer and Fourth Plain cuz my grandson was in the area and it was convenient. A newly remodeled McDonald's you could eat off the bathroom floor it's that clean. I go in early in the morning about 6: 30am it's been about an hour drinking a coffee and eating breakfast and using the Wi-Fi to play some games before I go to work. The managers and the employees are all a pleasure to deal with that early in the morning. So I'm here on a Saturday I'm not working today but I chose to come 16 miles on a bus to this McDonald's just because of the vibe that it gives me. I woke up kind of cranky and it was raining so McDonald's always this McDonald's gives me the vibe that I need to get through my day whether I'm working or not. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and is very clean on the outside like it is on the inside kudos to all the McDonald's employees here it definitely takes a team to complete the tasks required to be a property of this caliber. And I don't know anyone who works there and I do not work for McDonald's or know anyone connected to McDonald's. I am just a grateful customer. I have to mention the dining room girl Ashley does an absolutely amazing job keeping up with wiping tables delivering food I'm keeping her iconic smile. Ashley whoever you are McDonald's is blessed to have you and I hope one day all your dreams come true just because you put a smile on my heart. Thank you McDonald's for hiring such...
