Muchas Gracias Mexican Food — Restaurant in Vancouver

Everytime I come here I am charged differently. It's around 7$ for tatter tots, cheese and sour cream. The menu board says 3$. But today was the topper and the last straw, I went to get a couple breakfast burritos. I got a double meat, bacon and sausage, plus a bacon burroto. I asked for a large icewater also. They charged me 16.90 which I thought was high, then it goes through on my card as 18.90. Which I can only assume they charged me 2$ for the cup which if I was told that I wouldn't have bought it. And on the receipt was just a price and no itemization. Been going here for as long as I can remember, went here with my dad before he died. He's probably rolling in his grave with how corrupt they are now. Smh. Lost a some good customers of over 10 years ♀‍🤦🏻 I'm bringing the people I brought...

I only gave them one star because you can't give zero. This is one of my favorite restaurants in town, but this location I specifically asked for no onions on my street tacos multiple times and when I got them they of course had onions. The meat was very dry. They looked awful but I kindly asked them to fix it as I had asked for no onions and they took it back for quite a long time and when I got it back it was the same tacos. They had tried to pick the onions off and didn't even get them all. When I went in and got a refund instead, they didn't even refund me the full amount for the tacos and were quite rude about it. I manage around 65 truck drivers that all start work before 5:00am. To do something special for them, I like to buy breakfast. Finding somewhere open at 1:00 in the morning is very difficult. About a year ago, I came to this Muchas Gracias to see if they could help me out. They stayed in store well past closing and whipped up almost 100 breakfast burritos for me. Since then, I have been back well over 20 times in the past year and each time I put in my order, they happily complete it and every driver on my team starts their day with a full belly and a smile on their face.
