Sadly the worst customer service at a papa murphys I've ever had. This particular location has let me down more than once. Tonight was ridiculous. Starts when I walk in to pick up my online order (I had placed at 6pm to pick up at 815 after work on my way home) no one is around to greet me: just talking in the back. No big deal I go up to the counter and say hello. No hello back just a "did you have a call in"... I reply yes and give her my name. No smiling. Must be a rough night even though it's dead in there and one young girl is sweeping the lobby. I ask to please also order a side of pineapple, to which the young girl goes and gets for me as the frowning lady at the counter turns around to get my stuffed pizza. She literally flops them on the counter and says there you go. I thank her and say happy holidays. No reply. Must be a Scrooge. The next customers holds the door for me as she yells at them, no greeting but "did you have a call in"... fast forward to me driving all the way home and cooking the stuffed pizza for 40 minutes before I can cut it open to see it's missing 3 ingredients. Great. I call to let them know it kinda sucks that my pizza is wrong and of course I couldn't tell until it was out of the oven and an hour later. If I drive back across town with the cooked pizza they will remake it, if I don't want to do that (and eat at 1030pm) they can only give me a partial credit for next time. Why can't they give me a free pizza like any other well established business would do? Becuz she remembers the pizza and she thinks I'm lying... I'm sure that happens but are you kidding me? If you remember the pizza being made then you know it was made wrong and you still let me pick it up WRONG and pay for it. "That's all they can do"... What they should do is be better people and pizza makers, have better customer service and enjoy their jobs or get a new one. This location on fourthplain is absolutely aweful. I will stick to the nice people at the ward road location from now one, who make the food we pay for correctly and at least pretend they like their job....
Read moreThe only way to get a decent pizza made is to order it online and pick it up. DO NOT GO TO THE STORE AND HAVE THEM MAKE IT. I know, it's a pizza how could they possibly mess it up? Toppings need to be spread out to the edges not just dumped into the middle. Sauce should not be covering the pan that your pizza is cooked on as it burns. I usually have to spread all my toppings out when I go to the store and order inside.
This evening, I had ordered pizzas and a salad online. My husband and friend went to pick them up. They received the pizzas but not the salad. My husband informs them they are missing the salad. The employee begins to argue with my husband stating we did not order a salad. He then asks for a receipt. From an online order? Shouldn't you have this in your system??? Eventually the employee pulls out the receipt from their trash. "Oh you did order a salad. I'll get that for you". Possibly the worse Papa Murphys I have ordered from. But it is super close. But just because it is super doesn't mean it deserves 1 star or any stars. Retrain your employees please.
edit One of the pizzas was ordered with ground beef. They put sausage instead. Some of the people in this household do not eat pork. When I called to ask if they knew the difference between sausage and beef I really did like the answer they gave me. Sausage is pork and beef is cow. That almost makes me want to give...
Read moreWe walked into four employees having an apparently, very funny conversation. We got the pleasure of waiting for them to finish their conversation before we were greeted. Then, as one proceeded to register, another person came from the back and started talking. Finally, they kinda apologized kinda made excuses. By this time, I was peeved and said that was fine as long as one of them served us. One of the employees was snippy and said that's why she was standing there. She had made no gesture to let me know she was actually ready for us to order. After we ordered and were waiting, we got to hear an employee be sassy to a drive-thru customer about their order not being ready because it was their fault they were early. It just felt inappropriate since it is customer service. Papa Murphy's always has good pizza, so I will say that they get something for that. I will also say that the place was very clean. Sometimes, you get to a place at the wrong moment, and this might have been that. The problem is that I will not be giving them a second chance to find out based on...
