Normally this location is pretty on point but for the last few months I’ve had the extreme displeasure of having to deal with one employee in particular. I was told her name was Jadie (jade - eee) but I cannot confirm because her name-tag is hard to read. This woman has absolutely no customer service skills to speak of. My first interaction with her was when I had to pull forward to get my order. I personally object to moving people forward just so your screen / order times can look better but what got me about her, is that she came out holding two of my four drinks and gave me a dirty look when I said “I am so sorry, can I please have a drink carrier?” I got no reply. Just a glare as she turned to go back inside. When she came back out with the carrier I said “I’m sorry again, I hope you have a nice day.” She rolled her eyes at me and turned to go back inside. This is where I finally lost my cool and yelled “have a nice day” out my window. Only then did she jump and turn to to finally reply to me. Since then she gives me dirty looks every time I come through the line and today, she was at it again. My order came to $11.73. My son was driving and I handed him $22. She takes the money and then opens the window back up and says “He gave me $22 so I just took it out of $20.” I told her that he gave her $22 so she would hand him a $10 back, and her reply was to tell me “Well you didn’t tell me that.” I asked her why I would have to tell her that and her reply was to simply dump the change in my sons hand. No apology. No attempt to make it right. She just closed the window and ignored us. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and if I dared to treat someone with this level of absolute disrespect I would have been immediately fired. It’s appalling, and sad for the rest of your staff. I can’t imagine how awful it must be to have to share space with her, let alone rely on her as a coworker. If her demeanor and attitude hasn’t made some of your other staff either wish they could quit or that she would I would be...
Read moreSad as it is, we need to train our young people how to count change back. My order was $14.18. I gave him $20.03. He looked at me and handed me back a penny and said I gave him 1 too many. I gave it back and said "no that will make it $14.15." He put the change in the drawer and got very confused. I said that means I should get back 85 cents and a $5. He finally handed my change back and said"whatever you say". I asked him "didn't you put $20.03 in for my payment? That should have told you how much to give back." He said " no. I put in $20. I didn't need the 3 cents." What has become of teaching our kids the simpler things in life?. Otherwise the...

Liz in the morning is always so friendly, greets me by name, and makes me feel welcomed.
Emily was working on November 10th at night and got to deal with a strange request for my pregnant wife. She didn't grumble or grown about doing a weird custom order, she was, in fact, the opposite in her demeanor. Demeanor. She seemed happy and excited to be able to help me and get the order done exactly...
