Arby's — Restaurant in Venice

I went here after a 12 plus hour day at work. Ordered some chicken tenders and a large Diet Coke. They hand me my drink and when I go to set it in the cup holder the lid was not properly put on by the employee. Diet Coke spilled all over the front of my car and all over me. I am still 4 days later trying to get it cleaned. Unfortunately to get it cleaned the way it needs it will cost about $100. Arby’s manager said “I don’t know what you expect but there is nothing we can do unless you want a free meal or something”. No mention of reprimanding the employee who did this or anything. He was very defensive the entire call. The manager has no managerial skills at all. He is supposed to have whoever is over him call me but I doubt that will happen. The service here is not customer centered. I love Arby’s food but will not be going back here. I know they are not going to pay to detail my car but at least could have shown some kind of compassion towards the situation. Honestly they should pay for the detail but I know that won’t happen. Awful service I came to drive thru around 10 7/22/24 ordered 2 meals and ask for everything fresh she seemed like she wasn’t paying attention as was but due to how stale and cold I’ve received orders before she assured me 3 times she was dropping fresh and had me wait at window it was my mistake I didn’t check bag but I live behind Arby’s so no more the 5 min ride I got home I was missing tenders to meal and everything was stale cold I called she said come back I’m dropping the food you missed fresh I get to window I brought everything as well so she could see and she hands me once again not fresh food and I ask for refund she says “I’m not giving a refund” I don’t want to give a refund” “your right the sandwich wasn’t fresh but they rest was” NONE OF IT WAS and refused refund shut window and locked it $30 down the drain her...

If I could give 0 stars all the way around I would!! I would never go this Arby's again!! I ordered ONLINE. Got there sat for 25 more minutes when I ordered an hour earlier, kept serving people when my sandwiches were NOT MADE!! and then If I hadn't checked the most EXPENSIVE SANDWICH hadn't EVEN BEEN MADE AND WAS MISSING!!
